As I realize Chuck E Cheese and other restaurants are geared toward and targets the hearts and minds of our children, and we as adults try to oblige; I am disturbed that you can never get anyone in the telephone these days. Although, I am not as computer literate as other I am. However, realizing that all questions and concerns can not always be done via the web. Chuck E Cheese as well as many other establishments need to ensure that they have someone to mandate the phones at all times, understanding that all customers are potential customers until they’re not. This is just my opinion as I do hope the eyes of their administration and marketing department will see this and possibly review their practices. Again my thoughts alone as I have been trying to inquire prior to attempting to schedule my grandson a Birthday party.
My brother wanted to take my 3 year old son here because he never been and he wanted his nephew to experience this place. My son did enjoy hisself playing the games though a few machines took his money, we didn’t complain about that…. We ordered 2 pizzas, wings, cookie, 4 drinks, and three salad bars.. we also got two player cards. We spent about 200 bucks in there ….the salad bar was terrible and the attitude of the workers were too except a few were pleasant… the salad bar 10.99 per person and that was pricey considering the limit stuff on the bar…I wish I got the name of the one young lady with the horrible attitude, she even got one with my brother when he asked about the sale bar… the young man was in the middle of helping my son choose his prize and she asked him to go get something from the back. He just walked off leaving us there and she didn’t even try to finish the task he was doing with us…I felt that was rude, her customer service sucks! The ladies I first encountered were very nice and helpful.. we may try a different location next time if we decide to go..
I have always loved this place. One of my favorite features was the hand stamp to protect children from being taken out by someone not in your group. I feel like this last visit failed in that manner. My child and me walked out without being checked, I even offered my hand for the check.. I was in shock af6er many years of coming here and never leaving without them checking. I felt a bit like the safety feature wasn't there this visit. Safety is very important to me.
My children had a blast! Especially having unlimited playtime for 1.5 hours. The pizza was also really good, with free refills. The price was amazing for our family of 6.
Went for a birthday party. Arrived before allotted time to set up, still ended up waiting an hour and change for the food we ordered while corralling screaming children. They refused to adjust the time we had the "party space" which is just a long table in the most crowded section of the business. The drink dispenser was filthy, and the staff couldn't be bothered to help, and stood in groups of 5+ to gossip while telling us delays were caused by being short staffed
They were short staffed at the counters especially the prize redemption counter. They only had 1 person to assist a line of indecisive children (including mine). But other than that the employees on the floor were great and helpful and they added new games. My granddaughter had fun!
Great experience for my 3 year old grand daughter's birthday. We had a late morning early afternoon. All the kids had a great time. All of the machines were working!The remodel from the last time we were there made the good time even better. Plenty of extra tables and banquettes. After the official party was over, we moved to an outer banquette and stayed an extra hour and a half.They added hot wings to the menu too.
Even though we waited 10 minutes for someone to check us out. And we waited another 15 minutes before someone cashed out our tickets for toys. Our food was quick and the environment was nice.
we had such a good time. Zoe helped us so much. so patient while we figured out what to get she helped us figure out what seven people needed. Thanks Zoe we will be back on February 8! Very clean and they cleaned the whole time wiped everything!
