There was a bug in my salad ! Idk how y’all even let that happen .
The shift manager whoever she is was taking the drive thru order and is so rude ! There’s no reason to take your rudeness out on the customer, you have a job because we come to your place of business..but I’m definitely taking my business elsewhere. If you hate your job that much or you can’t separate your personal problems from your work life then find happiness elsewhere.. do take it with you wherever you go . I will not be back to this zaxbys again

Was here on 2-2-22.... The front counter person "Tiffany" was so rude!!!! I ordered a grilled Cobb salad with extra chicken. I got a fork with my salad which of course you need. I went up to counter and asked for a knife because my grilled chicken wasn't cut up. She told me they have never had knives only forks. Then told me.... Sorry.... They have been discontinued. Don't eat here if you don't wanna have to use your fingers!!!! Or if you want rude service. Just wanted to let everyone to know
I could hear the car in front of me at the drive-through and they were only there because part of their order had been left out from going through the druve-through just a few minutes before. That should have been my first clue, but I come here all the time so I didn't expect this.... I ordered a 5 piece chicken finger dinner with two extra pieces of toast and when I got home, all I had was 5 chicken fingers, no fries, no cole slaw, and no toast at all. I expect this type of thing to happen at McDonald's, that's why I don't go there, but I have always expected better from Zaxby's. Such a disappointing experience, but lesson learned.
Very rude people in the drive thru. Asked for more sauce she goes well you have to pay for it we said that’s fine we want more sauce straight ignored us. Not professional at all.
Food is always excellent but from what I've seen, most of the staff needs training in customer service skills
I rarely go here as they are so expensive. Over $10 for a salad and a medium drink. Both at least were bigger than I expected. The drink came in a cup the size of McDonald's large. The salad came in a cardboard to go box big enough for a meat and two vegetables. The greens were a spring mix.
Closer to my house, and better tasting wings than BWW. Always good service. The asst. Manager is absolutely top notch. I can't remember her name, but she was there on Halloween and should get a raise.
This is for management. Staff was great. Please fix your RFID readers. It’s takes five minutes. Also, I just want to eat in peace. No one wants to hear self deprecating, whiny, 2 chord, religious music from 2008 on full blast. We get it. You’re broken. Enough already.
