My husband went through the drive through and ordered me a grilled chicken salad with ranch and no cucumbers. I received a fried chicken salad with cucumber and no dressing. I tried to call and no one is answering the phone. Not happy!
Food was horrible! Fries were soggy and the club sandwich didn't even look like the same one on the menu and toppings? Non existent.
Food was excellent! Fries were fresh chicken was juicy. Employees were great. Will definitely be coming back!
The dining area was not cleaned - floor and tables. It was a mess on a Thursday night. Food was fine but the experience was terrible.
This was my last straw with fast food in Cookeville, simply order food and 3 drinks only get two drinks, we didn't notice due to children distracting us. These mistakes are way too often from here and every other fast food place in town. This is why fast food workers don't deserve $15/hr
fries were cold and soggy , wings were over cooked and very hard and barely any sauce. i always get zaxby’s and this was terrible the staff was very unhelpful and rude , don’t recommend coming here

My wife picked up my supper from Zaxby’s in Cookeville next to the mall. When she arrived I open it up to find one strip and 3 little nuggets in a box that’s supposed to have fries, 3 STRIPS of chicken and a piece of toast. This isn’t the first time this has happed at this location. I love Zaxby’s but I’ll never return to this particular location. Things are getting high especially when you go out to eat so this is unacceptable as I would normally like to get what I pay for. I know places are short staffed first hand since I work at Walmart but come on…
Got wrong order & realized when got home 40mins later. Called , reported & 3days later was back in Cookeville they went above & beyond to get our replacement order right. Spot on guys food was great ??
Easy in, easy out. Good for a quick break for food when your time for lunch is limited....usually
