1st time at this location and it was amazing! Service was great. Food was hot & delicious. Steak was cooked exactly how we ordered it . Will definitely be back soon.
I'm giving a shout out to the staff here. Yes the food was good but to see the young staff working hard and so pleasant is not as common as it used to be! Kudos to the team at the Cookeville TR!
Foods always fantastic, and hospitality is very important for me and my family and this place is top notch.
I have to agree with some of the comments. Service is great the food needs improvement. Been there 3 times and the food not so good. We stop at the ones in East Tennessee and this one in Cookeville is not the same..5 stars for the servers they try....Maybe we'll try again. This time will do a video review...
We are out of state and came to eat here for our honeymoon dinner. Our waitress blamed someone else for her being behind. we waited 11 minutes for her to take our drink order. I stacked the plates nice and neatly once we were done and she never took them off our table. VERY poor service. When I let management know who our waitress was she just laughed and rolled her eyes. Nothing was done. How terrible. ? Do better
Had the chicken and steak dinner. Both were very good and enough for 2. Salad was more than just lettuce and few token veggies. Baked potato was good sized and tasty. Rolls are offered with meals with a cinnamon butter which was very good. Staff was attentive and skilled. Overall a great experience for my first time there

Great food, service and very very friendly people, the owners Bridgette,Jim,Jeanna are very nice, they will go out of their way to help you in any way, shape or form, love the food great tasting streaks, rolls,salad,bake potatoes
The best food and service of any place we have been. We've never had anything that wasn't delicious and the staff is always super friendly and attentive.
Well the food was great but I placed a to ho order & I got a steak & shrimp & they didn’t put my baked potato & fries in there ?
