Just pulling out the parking lot. Ordered 2 spicy potato soft tacos with no cheese and no sauce. Open them up and there’s both. I explained I can’t have dairy and they said no problem and that they could take the cheese and sauce off. They then said “it will only be potato’s and lettuce, are you ok with that?” I said yes and they still messed it up. I have a sleeping toddler in the car so I cannot go inside for a refund and the drive through line is now outrageous. Terrible service and a waste of my money. I’d give zero stars if I could.
Come here early evening, expect your food to be cold and prefixed. Huge disappointment. The teenager, who took our order, sounded bored and indifferent. Glad we dont live there. The tacos and nachos "grande" were ONLY good, because we were starving and had been on the road for 13 hrs. And, of course, they ran out of Mexican Pizza. All in all, ?
Lady in front of us was having a hard time ordering. Didn't know what she ordered and when the lady asked her if when she read it back if it was right she didn't know then she kept changing things. So another employee ended up coming forward to help. Took about 15 to 20 minutes. Someone behind us ended up leaving. Someone else used the kiosk. That's what we should of done.
Always fast service, and fresh food. They could work on employees being a little more friendly. Like smiling atleast, bc none of them ever have a smile on there face. Lol.
I don’t know if the staff on night shift can hear pretty well, but I ordered a chalupa and gave me cinnamon twist lmao this place is just horrible.
Taco Bell is flying downhill.. 50% of the time I go through the drive thru i'm missing items and/ or got something different than I ordered. I do a lot of travel for work and I would say 9/10 Taco Bells that I come across rips u off. That's a pretty harsh way to put it but it's true. Taco Bell has always been one of my "fav" fast food places to eat but, since the pandemic I pretty much try to avoid giving them my business.Get it together, Taco Bell! We don't want to talk to the manager, we don't wanna have to come back tomorrow for the rest of our food! You guys are practicing bad business ethics. This HAS to be coming from upper management- training or lack ofPS; If u ask for a few extra packs of hot sauce (though you'll get an attitude at the window), they'll fill ur bag up!
Fast and friendly. We got our food within 3 minutes of ordering it. The bathroom for women was neat and clean.
I have developed food position after consuming chicken quesadillas combo. I ate last Friday on 11/12/21 and still having symptoms.
Went through the drive thru for my grandson. $10 is a little high for 2 taco's & a small drink. When I can go to a real Mexican restaurant for less. Ok for kids.
Confusion about my order. Was told to pull up to the window after placing the order. The person at the window looked at me like what I was wanting. Paid for order then another person can up and said it would be $$ and I had to tell them I had already paid.
