I went in lady told me they would be right with us. One lady was working on a few sandwiches. The lady that said she would be right with us took the women order that was in front of me and then told her co-worker she was leaving never helped me. Bad customer service I will not go to this subway again. Whats another 5 minutes if that to make one more sandwich there was no other customer in line. I was shocked.
Clean restaurant. Nice staff. Great sandwich as always.
I've eaten subway all my life. One of the women behind the counter was exceptionally rude and I got extra pickles on my sandwich. Now I have, and quite recently might I add, been to the other Subway in town with the same order. I also got more pickles on that sandwich than the one on the one I got at the Jefferson location: the Jefferson location charged me a dollar for extra pickles quoting "that is a whole bag of pickles" (spoiler alert, it wasn't). Keep in mind, extra cheese is less than a dollar. So order with caution when ordering at this subway, as they'll upcharge you for more than a few pickles. Will never order there again. I'll eat at the golden arches before I eat at this particular subway again, as will my whole family.Edit spelling
Doors locked 45 minutes before close. Bread rack wide open, cars in the lot, no humans inside.
Very grumpy staff, sloppy handling of food.I love Subway...I've been to this location for the 3rd and LAST time. Firehouse, Blimpies and Jersey Mikes are close alternatives.
I used the drive up window. The service was fast and friendly
Drink was hot food was cold. Tasted good tho. The drive through we sat there for like ever and nobody come so we just went inside.
Made our food quickly and was very courteous.
They quit having bbq sauce for the grilled chicken. So I didn't like going there. But my son still likes it so today first time in a long time I went there for my son. Went at 1:30. One car ahead of us. Waited 25 minutes then left. Went back tonight at 5. Waited 15 minutes just to be told that they no longer carried the grilled chicken. I will not be back. Firearms or jersey subs here I come
Not sure what the employees name was that was working at the time of this review. However, very exceptional employee.
