I've been to some bad subways but this subway takes the cake of worst one I've ever been to. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt the first few times that they got my order wrong and gave me a terrible sandwich but it never changes. Literally every single time I order through the app from this subway, something in the order is wrong. They'll either just forget something on the sandwich, have it sloppily thrown together, or just straight up give you the wrong sandwich. I would give 0 stars if I could. If you want a good sandwich, go to a different location.
I went through their drive-thru to order, and when I got back to work I found out that the sandwich did not contain what I asked for. Rotisserie chicken bacon with mozzarella, add spinach cucumber tomatoes, green pepper, and easy ranch on an Italian herb and cheese toasted.Instead of green peppers I had bell peppers on there it has way to much ranch along with pickles instead of cucumbers. Would have been okay with it if they would have made it correctly. (I wrote it out on a nice of paper in case they were busy inside.)And when I went to call the store no answer 4 times. Had to throw it away because ok allergic to tell peppers.Again this was a one time thing usually they are amazing.
I placed an order for delivery on March 30 in the evening. My order was half hour late. I ordered steak and cheese melt and a tuna melt through subway app and it was delivered by doordash.The cheese was room temperature if that. It was not heated and definitely not melted. The subs arrived open-faced and falling apart and not wrapped securely and didn't have the subway sticker to show it's sealed like usual. You could just look inside the already opened bag and see the actual food. My dog loved the meat though; he had a $14 meal.I tried calling them several times that evening and several times today and it keeps going to mailbox full. WeirdI contacted subway customer service and got a generic email.Make sure you check your food at this subway
In the last six months quality has gone down tremendously. Young employees working there don’t seem to really care one way or another if your order is correct. Recently got a turkey sandwich and it smelled rotten. This will be the last time I go here. ?
Absolutely terrible. Staff doesn’t know what they are doing. Waited in line over 30 minutes and the staff had messed up 2 peoples orders that brought them back in to get them fixed and automatically stopped serving me to fix their sandwiches, I left and went across the street to the Walmart subway. I will never visit this location again. I’ve called multiple times to get a phone number for their owner or corporate office and no answer. Staff is apparently incapable of picking up a phone
Great place. Love the raspberry cheesecake cookies first off, like yum!!! I love the white and wheat bread. My favorite is the turkey and bacon sandwich.
I've been coming here two years, most always respectful, nice staff, that do a great job, yes, sometimes you have to wait, but this is a place they make sandwich by sandwich, sometimes 3 people come in and order 3 each, and they are often making call in orders for large groups, so I understand it can take awhile and the drive thru doesn't mean quicker service, as again, if someone is in the line in front of you or in the lobby, you have to wait your turn, period. It's obvious the employees are working the entire time, so I'm happy with my experience, I think people just need to learn some patience in this world of entitlement, rush, rush. They are always good about trying to please the customer.
Had to wait 15 minutes in line, then 5 minutes to wait for someone to take my order. Was almost late for work, open my sandwich and it’s missing items. It’s crazy how service went from great to bad in a week.
Great fresh bread everytime. Good meat, & awesome fresh veggies. But, I truly miss not having CARROTS!!!
What happened to the 5$ footlong instead a 12 $ dry plenty of lettuce sandwich
