One of the kind ladies working overheard me having heavy debate on getting my usual hot drink or going cold since it’s hot out. I opted for the hot one since I knew what I was getting and she gave me a cold one to try for free. It was great by the way! Gave me a new sweet treat to go for when it’s hot out! Not from the area but appreciate the hospitality!
I normally avoid rating chains, but Abbigail(sp?) literally chased my car down to correct an order that had ice when it wasn't supposed to. I had been just fine with the order, but what super human customer service! Absolutely an unbelievably sweet crew all around. My only gripe is that we need to be able to tip these fine people on our credit card transaction. Assuming the company isn't taking tip credits for their wages which is good , but don't take away my option of giving more money to hard working folks!
Great employees!!! We were in from out of state and we couldn't believe how nice the staff was. They were so patient and just great people and our drinks came out amazing!!Luckily it was right next to the hotel we were staying in which made things easier. I would definitely go there again. There is a really nice outdoor sitting area that was very clean.Again the employees were amazing and very courteous!!!
The one on willow is so nice. They are always so cheerful. And they are fast getting your order ready.
I love Pike's Place but the Pike's Place here taste like water. They've obviously pulled back on their coffee bean allocation. Also when I arrive to pick up my pre-order I always have to wait. Just saying.
My daughter (grown) & I went through the drive thru. She asked about what they had in chi things. The Barista suggested chi tea with a double pump of brown sugar syrup. My daughter asked to make it a latte. The Barista had make a warm one, but then my daughter wanted it iced. No problem, she said. Wound up getting both for the price of one! Very nice people there!! Will be back!!
This Starbucks has a very modern and open seating area. There are also several tables outside with umbrellas. The service was speedy and friendly. What really struck me is when I went in the door the sign says that they open at 4:30 a.m. everyday. That's the earliest I have seen a Starbucks open.
I had a mobile order and waited 15 minutes and was told to pull around. I waited another 15 minutes and called the store, another 6 minutes, I called again. A lady finally came out (the one with with black eyebrows) and was very, very rude. She said that I would receive an email when my order was ready and proceeded to repeat herself over and over. I told her that I had heard the first time and I know exactly how Starbucks app works. That’s why I always do a mobile order as My time is very valuable! I will not be back to this Starbucks location!!!!! Maybe the manager needs to teach her baristas some customer service etiquette!!!
Placed mobile order, went thru drive thru which took 15 minutes, was asked to pull around, I waited 20 minutes for them to bring my coffee out and the Barista person was very rude and not at all apoligtic for the wait. On top of that the order was wrong. This is a horrible Starbucks go to the one on Willow where they appreciate your business.
Right next to our hotel. Went through drive-thru only for breakfast. Food was hot and tasty. White chocolate mocha grande was great!
