The some of the employees at this location are consistently rude. Today I had an especially bad experience with rude employees and a mix up with drinks. To my surprise when I went to speak to the manager, she was one of the rude employees. I let her know about my complaint and she never apologized and never tried to make things right and because defensive. It seems that this store could use some retraining and new management. They need to realize they wouldn't have a store without the customers.

I don’t know why Starbucks decided to build a patio in a parking lot next to a major road. It’s the perfect place to collect your thoughts and plan before the actual start of the weekend.

These people have no idea what they're doing or what policies are. Sad. Still struggling to like any Starbucks locations in Cookeville. Nashville is way better! But alas, there's always DD who get my orders right and have very friendly service...not to mention they don't overroast their beans!!

When myself and my son walked in this morning to the Starbucks on Willow, there were six people in the building that had already been served. There was zero people in line. 5 cars in the drive through. We made our order, and proceeded to wait 23 minutes for 3 cups of coffee. I counted at least 15-18 cars served through the drive through window while we waited. Needless to say both my kids were late to school this morning. And to top it off, my Carmel Macchiato tastes like straight cream , zero coffee. They had plenty of staff, I counted 7 or so people working. You girls totally dropped the ball on customer service this morning.

The employees there are always so friendly, and they always exceed my expectations with making my drinks - especially the matcha (which I can’t say has been my experience with every Starbucks location). Lauren was my cashier, and she was lovely and she saved my bad day.

The staff there are so kind and just lovely people all around. They found out my birthday went terribly and sang me happy birthday and helped me find a drink I absolutely loved! I’ve never walked into a place and felt so welcomed until today!

so basically, me and my honey baby/sugar daddy were out for a quick coffee run. we approached the doorstep, the joint was fuming with BAD vibes, we didn’t know what to expect. in fact we got the unexpected! as i ordered my womanly juices, cashier treated the Barbara before me with kindness… as it came to be my turn to order the mood completely changed for the worst. after an hour of waiting in disbelief and dismay, Jennifer was called. now let me be clear Jennifer arrived after us yet she was called before us. A RANDOM stranger. not nearly as important as us. they utterly ignored and violated our superior presence. another unbelievable and shocking terror was the audacity of them not even stocked on napkins. we need them for our leakage. am i worth so little? am i so easily overlooked?

What a terrible experience. Waited 30 minutes for two iced teas and one coffee. Got the coffee immediately and then stood there waiting. It was busy but, it doesn't take 30 minutes to make one regular iced tea and one green tea lemonade. People came in 15 min after us and got their orders, including food, and yet we waited. When we asked what was taking so long the girls response was, "You'll just have to wait" REALLY!! I think not. I've never been treated so poorly and seen such horrible and rude customer service in a Starbucks. We walked out without the teas we had already paid for. We will never stop here again.

I thought it was a little odd when I asked an employee what a Vanilla latte was they could not tell me.. He said that's a good question no kidding
