Google says you all close at 10 pm, I placed an order on the app at 9:30 pm and payed. When I arrived, I saw a paper taped to the menu that said you all close at 9 pm. Which is perfectly fine, no problem. I call to make sure I can get refunded and a female employee answers, snickering & hangs up multiple times. I do understand Sonic is understaffed but it was highly unprofessional & rude. I’m sure I will never get my $ back.
Really disappointed. I tried to order a slushee advertised on the menu and they said they didn’t have it anymore. Ended up getting a chocolate milkshake and was given the wrong order. I had a really bad day already so I was leaving and an employee yelled out at me to stop and accused me of stealing when I was given the wrong food. She took it back from me (I really hope they didn’t give it to the person it was supposed to go to since I had it already in my car) and gave me my shake and it had a cherry I requested not be on it since I’m allergic to them. I didn’t want to say anything since I was already yelled at and I left. I don’t recommend this place :(
I come here quite often for the chili cheese dogs and ocean water. Sometimes the cheese is stuck to the roof of the hotdog wrapper, but that's literally the only problem I've ever had here. I've never had a rude car hop or a wrong order. Today I went and the wait was atrocious, but come to find out they only had one car hop working. I've worked in customer service. I can't be mad. Mega props to that car hop.
What's the point of a mobile order when you are sitting here 15 minutes after it's pick up time? Terrible.

It's usually a nice place to stop in quickly and grab a bite and have an excellent staff. Though they have gotten our orders wrong a couple times while they were extremely swamped, they always fixed it promptly and quickly apologized! I have no complaints!
If I could give a negative ZERO I would....pulled in this morning around 945am and ordered 2 large Dr peppers and large mozzarella sticks...I was going to give them a chance to redeem themselves but after 45 minutes and several other cars getting their food and leaving I left ...i will go somewhere else next time

There is nothing like these onion rings! I really love the south. In Colorado they are brittle. Humidity is great!! Lol
