Went in today to get a Banana Boat smoothie, which has like 4 ingredients only to have your employee tell me "we're out of vanilla frozen yogurt, can't make it". Whoever owns this franchise just lost my business.You can't go buy some vanilla frozen yogurt to get you by until your delivery comes? Instead you'd rather tell your customers no I can't make that.
I’ve been ordering smoothies from Smoothie King for several years. Recently Sarah began mixing smoothies during the morning hours. She is the absolute best. They are perfect in taste and texture! Please keep her on mornings.
Sara is great. Please keep here on mornings and opening the store. She is the only one that can get my smoothies as thick as I like them. She is very friendly and she does a great job

I come here all the time and get a hulk. Today I came and got my usual..put my straw in it..and drank it. Before I even got out the parking lot I noticed a bug right at the top of my drink! So I backed up and showed the worker..she was so nonchalant..she said oh ok I’ll make u another one. Horrible Horrible customer service! She showed no empathy.
Sydney was helpful & knowledgeable to help me decide what drink I wanted. She was quick. The place was organized & clean.
Very nasty behind the counter was disgusting I highly suggest staying away from this place the smoothie do not even taste right highly disappointed
Visited today on national smoothie day. Only one person working. Order online. Still have to wait for my order 25 minutes, Not sure why they offer online and why no staff. Really need help. Lydia really needed help today. Overwhelmed and needed help on a busy day being national smoothie day.
Just came in to get my daily smoothie plus 4 more for employees and was very delighted to find two young women who were very friendly and even remembered my flavor and my name! They both went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and had great attitudes. Even took a sharpie and wrote the flavors on each drink to make it easier for me. This day in time that’s hard to find and I really hope management is doing everything they can to keep these two! Very impressed with the team they have today. These two girls are going places in life!
This is absolutely, undoubtedly, the BEST place to purchase a smoothie from. The staff work endlessly to craft the most exquisite blends of fruit and protien this side of the Tennessee river. A fantastically superb shoppe, of which I am most proud to have been a customer of.?
