After 20 min waiting after delivery time(quoted 65mjn) I called and the pizza was still in line to be made. Asked to change to a carry out and for a discount. The manager stated he couldn’t give discount because I was getting a special they were offering. I asked to cancel the order and the gentleman hung up on me
By far the best delivery I’ve ever experienced. Audrey brought us our wings and sides, but they were out of the root beer we ordered. She asked if we wanted a refund for it, or if we wanted her to go to the store to get one. We told her it was no big deal; no trip to the store or refund necessary. She insisted, went to the store and got us a 2 liter of root beer. Absolutely above and beyond. Thank you, Audrey! Hope they reimbursed you and that you have a hefty raise on the way!
The attitude of the people working here is yet to be desired. I won't come here again with these behaviors. I simply asked if our order was ready? She snapped at me and said 'didn't the app tell you when to get your order'.... Number one your not old enough to speak to your Elder like that and I was polite and to be treated so rudely... Not worth it.
51$ down the drain!! Papa John's use to be my favorite pizza hands down. I just can't order from them anymore. Tired of under cooked or cold food, seems like the whole flavor over all has changed for the worse. So disappointed.
Every time we order, it takes forever and a day to get it. Pick up/ delivery, busy day or a slower day doesn't matter. Ended up cancelling this order and getting a refund.Given different chances on different days.Honestly this papa John's location sucks.
The only thing that was wrong with the pizza was the veggies wasn't cooked and the dough was still raw. The guy I talked to on the phone said all stuff crust pizza is like that and said if he made me another one it would turn out jus like the other one. He was kinda snippy about it, so I'm assuming I'm not the first to complain.
every. single. time. i order pizza to be delivered it is cut incorrectly. i prefer my pizza to be square cut and they have only gotten it right ONCE out of a dozen times of me ordering it. ridiculous.
Will not use again!Ordered two large pizzas for pickup. Got there to pick up and they lost our pizza. Had to wait again for them to make two new pizza.. Asked one of the pizzas to be cut into squares. When I checked the pizzas and both was cut pie shape. Had two trys and still couldn't get it right! Didn't offer anything for the mess up!
Pappa johns meat lovers with pineapple and green peppers was my order.I appreciate the fact that maybe they were busy or short on employees but spending 25.00 on a under cooked pizza with very little meat and everything sliding off of your piece of pizza was discouraging.The delivery lady was kind and sweet but we were frustrated with who ever took our call because it was a odd conversation and frustrating at their demeanor while we were trying to let the lady on the phone know what we wanted on our pizza, come to find out the person was not even at Pappoa Johns it's called (Pappa Call) apparently they take the orders from some where else.Not only was the experience hard but seems like a waist of time, the person seemed clueless about what we wanted on our pizza.To have someone not on site take our order is not a good ideal.I just have to say not that it matters to this company but I will not order any more pizza from Papoa Johns again, it was a complete waist of 25.00 and a frustrating experience.
Love Papa John's pizza. All those that complained about the employees not wearing masks...too bad! Unless you are wearing N95, they don't work! But what does work is the AWESOME STAFF AT PAPA JOHNS! Great pizza, outstanding service and would HIGHLY recommend the garlic dipping sauce.Easy to get to location.Wasn't too busy regarding wait time.Outstanding job Papa John's team!
