We got there for a late lunch. I had chow mein, orange chicken, and teriyaki grilled chicken. It tasted good but all of it was barely luke warm.
I've eaten at a lot of Panda Express locations. It's one of my favorite restaurants and a reliable go-to for an endorphin boosting meal. This location is probably the best I've been to. The staff is friendly, the food is hot and fresh, and the noodles especially are not dried out like those from many of the locations I've been to. If you've questioned Panda Express in the past, let this one redeem the brand for you.
Another fast food choice. Sometimes it's good sometimes it's been sitting out. I wish they had non floral scented and flavored teas.
Only getting 2 stars instead of one because at least the food is still good. Every time I come here the service is absolutely terrible. They either always get the order wrong, they’re out of something, or we have to wait forever for our food. Last night, we along with 5 other cars, sat in the parking lot for over 30 minutes waiting for a very simple order. They first tried handing me someone else’s order the clearly wasn’t mine as it as much larger than mine. We watched as one person worked on the food, while 8 other people cleaned for closing and they were closed yet. Still people in the drive through and still people waiting in the parking lot. Don’t claim to be fast food if you’re slower than molasses.
I left without food. Once again, they were out of what I wanted. There would be a 6-8 minute wait. I'm not that demanding. This has been happening frequently. I love the food when they have it ready. I just didn't have time to wait.
This restaurant is disgusting. I went there on Sat. With my niece and my daughter. There were only 2 clean tables and only maybe 4 or 5 patrons myself included. A lot of empty tables with food particles on it, so nasty there were several workers there so not a staffing issue, and they were very unpleasant. The food was nasty and tasted old I would say health inspectors need to do surprise inspections on this place. It's probably in violation of many codes.
They load up your order with rice and cut back on the kung pow chicken, as an example. I complained, to no avail. Same with broccoli beef and fried rice. Getting tired of the weak portions.
Their selection is extremely bad and over priced for wht they serve I was really looking forward to Chinese food I wish cookeville had a more AUTHENTIC Chinese place Instead of these FAKE wanna be places a total mis -mash of different countries cusines IM AWARE THIS IS A CHAIN BUT REALLY TAKE A CHANCE TOTALLY over priced for wht I was served and veggies were still "crunchy" in stir-fry not I dont WANT limp I expect "al-dente" cooked veggies but these were warmed just cut veggies this was a ONE AND DONE VISIT FOR ME
So disappointing... the egg rolls are on par with cheap frozen grocery store egg rolls, both in taste and texture (in fact I've had better from the freezer section)... the rice was both over cooked and dried out and gummy and I had a dime sized clump of hard salt in it... then I found what looks/feels like a plastic bristle in my food. There was no saving grace for this place other than the nice employees
Stopped in for dinner last night with my parents. We were told they were out of white rice and brown rice. Looking around at the entrees, it looked like they were out of half of the offerings. We asked for a manager and they said they won't be back for 6-8 days. All this happened around 5pm, prime dinner time. Poor management and no excuse. We left and will not return.
