We usually have a good experience at Outback, but they didn’t want us there today. We sat at the table for over 15 minutes and no one came to see about getting us something to drink or anything else. So we decided to leave. My wife said something to the hostess as we left, instead of stopping us and trying to fix it, they let s walk on out. May be a while before we go back.
After 2 steaks that were too tough to eat we decided time to go. We drove 70 miles to eat our 53rd wedding anniversary at Outback an my husband was very disappointed that he didn’t get to treat me with a meal that he was expecting. But my shrimp and broccoli was awesome but, my filet medallions were also too tough to eat.
Carter was the sweetest server we have had anywhere in Cookeville! Very personable and prompt. He kept our drinks full and our food was perfect! I love that he didn’t rush us through our dinner and gave us time to enjoy our apps and salad before our entrees.
Decided to try this location out because the one back home sucks and this was a million times better. I just wanted to go out for a drink and dessert and I was pleased with what we got even an hour before close. The food was fantastic and made well with plenty of flavor, the drinks were beyond delicious and cool because my husband got the new drink with pecans and bourbon and they smoked it. Overall great experience!
Food was very good. Only problem was they left out part of side orderOn the plus side. I called and the manager was super nice and gave me options how to correct it.I'm very pleased with the customer service. Thanks Outback
The staff were friendly as can be and the drinks were perfect and quick even though I heard the bartender talking about working double two days in a row. I was celebrating my birthday after a movie and my husband put little pieces of grilled salmon into the macaroni and cheese side... DELICIOUS!
Everything was amazing. The food was perfect and the waitress was far beyond a five star. She was beyond awesome. I would rate it at a fifteen if I could
I had the lunch grilled shrimp. Very good, also with broccoli which I asked to be cooked a little a little longer to be more tender and it was good. My granddaughter had a sirloin steak. Very tender. Very attentive server. I give it 5 stars.
Lately the servers have been great, the food comes out quickly and the quality is spot on. We usually visit between 2-4pm and we do not have to wait for a table. The kids love the bread and they always give extra on request.
