The main thing I go to McDonald's for is the ?!! I always order a large size. I got about half of the fries I should have, carton wasn't over half full. And a lot of what was in the carton were not cooked fully. Not to mention they were old and cold, which made the taste nasty. I am including a photo of my carton of fries so you can see how much I was shorted. Very disappointing since that's mainly what I go to McDonald's for, the French fries!I also do have to say the last couple of times I've gone to this location I've been very pleasantly surprised at the nice, respectful and polite employees that I dealt with. Don't get much of that these days, which is a real shame! It doesn't cost anything to be nice, and it may be just what someone needs to brighten their day.
What can I say about McDonald's? There is a reason that it's one of the highest ranked franchises out there..The food is addictive, and there is always a McDonald's close to you, anywhere you go! I do miss the old days, when they would run the 29 cent hamburgers, and 39 cent cheeseburgers...but I guess those days are long gone...although..it's hard to beat their dollar menu! 5 stars!
Should get a new menu board, seems like the speakers are so bad the employees can hardly hear you putting in your order. Morning time and lunch time are the worst times of the day for they are normally really busy so lines move slow. Nonetheless, the employees are professional, the establishment when I visit is clean and it’s a fast, cheap go to for dinner.
Stopped in to get a sandwich and a couple of drinks. Quick and easy just like fast food should be. The girl taking my order was quick and polite also.

Recieved really old fries. Mentioned to an employee and he gave attitude. Told the manager and she gave an even worse attitude. She replaced the fries but they were just as old as the first batch! When we spoke to her again she tried to argue that they were guaranteed fresh. When we emphasized they were still not fresh she grabbed the fries from my hand and threw them into the trash and finally made a fresh batch. Never seen such a foul attitude from a Mcd before.
Well, for this restaurant only, using the app to order has not worked well. This was the third order out of four that was incorrectly prepared. In this case, two filet of fish sandwiches were ordered without cheese and with tomato added. Both had a note attached marking them as not having cheese and tomato added. Neither had tomato and both had cheese. A return trip was needed to correct the problem.The first time I made a mobile order here, a sandwich and two orders of fries were missing. The other time, I was given drinks and fries and asked to wait for the rest of the order. I waited in the indicated parking space for 37 minutes and stopped counting other orders being filled at 19. I had to go inside and found out the order had been forgotten. The manager eventually agreed to replace the drinks that had melted all of their ice and fries which had long gone cold. It took almost 40 more minutes to get the order correct because they messed up the order again. Almost an hour and a half to pick up four meals. Why did I wait? Because using the app, I had paid for the food already.Overall, I am not impressed with this location which is unfortunately the one nearest our house. The convenience is not worth the hassle and it seems that just reading an order and fixing it is beyond their capability.
I went to take breakfast big plate with hot cakes, they miss eeg, Hass potato and my coffee a lot cream and sugar . horrible.
I eat at this McDonald's every time that I'm in Cookeville. The wait time in the drive thru is short compared to other drive thru restaurants. The Staff is very friendly and customer oriented.
One of the McDonalds we have been to. We used the drive-up this time. The very short line moved so fast, the one taking the order was prompt, polite and courteous. The employees that were working the windows are all very friendly, and smiling. Everything was exactly as we ordered it, put together nicely and the food was fresh and hot!
