Extremely poor customer service. If I make a mistake in my line of work or delay service 15 mins or more, bad outcomes can occur. The management here are probably making more than what some of our basic medical services make, but yet they can make mistakes and not be held accountable. I had a terrible experience with such management. I will not be back to this location ever again.
Night shift is pathetic. Got McDonald's door dashed after working all day. Took a while for a dasher to pick it up which is fine. We asked them to make the food again fresh since it was sitting a while. Got the food and it's all cold. And we didn't get any of the sauces we asked for. All the workers there are only worried about being on their phones and not doing their jobs.
The young woman in the drive through is amazing. She had the friendliest personality and was so positive. She was also wearing a superman costume. I just have to say this made my day! We need more people in the world today like this. I will be driving through more often. I wish I knew her name, but I wasn't there long enough to get it; she was also quick to get me through the line. She deserves recognition her pleasant attitude and quick service!?
Just because you put the burger in a double quarter pounder box, doesn't make it a double without 2 burgers on it ?♀️ the last 3 times I've been to this McDonald's all of them have been this way.
Frappes sometimes thin and watery. Staff is quick and professional for the most part. It is a young adolescence first job tho!?
Usually not bad but today you could tell training new people. Fries were old and soggy tasted like old oil too.
We were in the drive thru for about 35 minutes...but it was 2am and nothing else was open...so thats my experience...oh and they didnt put any napkins in our bag and gave us the wrong sauce...
Worst McDonald's on the Planet!New world record, 5 mistakes on 1 order!I drove back to get the missing items and was told they couldn't help me because I didn't have the receipt(I left it at the house along with my food that was now getting cold).Employee was rude and treated me like I was a criminal trying to get free food after I just spent more than $30 and had to make a return trip due to their mistakes!I wasn't driving back to the house to get the receipt, so I had to purchase the missing items a second time.They've always made a mistake or 2 in the past, but tonight was ridiculous!

Very dirty not clean and tables are messy. management heard and sees, the place is just dirty and did absolutely nothing. Bread was hard and cold, not made per request. Floors were also just filthy. Never will I eat at this McDonald's.
