The Maui skewers were really good and the jack and coke I got was also great. My boyfriend had to send his steak back though because it was "still alive" and then when it came back he couldn't eat it because it was like rubber. Staff was very attentive and were quick to take the item off the bill which we appreciated. Our waitress was also very nice.
I hate to seem as if I am bashing on this business, but the Logan’s chain is not what it used to be. My experience was less than flavorful. With having had to experience a long wait time, a missing side, and seemingly low quality food, I don’t think I’d plan on returning. Hopefully though my review can be a good base of knowledge for the management to use to enhance the overall experience for their future customers.
Went with my father. The first sign that there was an issue was with the menus and the table. The menus were smeared with food from the previous guests and we got another set of menus that had the same issue. The table we sat at was dirty and the floor beneath it was littered with food and debris.My father wanted a medium-well steak and it came out charred and the green beans were extra salty. He had a second steak as a replacement and that was almost rare.The bathrooms were also extremely dirty, the trash was over flowing from the cans and there was a lot of vomit in one of the urinals.If you want a good steak, look elsewhere.It is unfortunate because Logan’s used to be a good place to go for steak.Also can’t get a refund if you pay in cash, so choose to pay by card if you can.
I ordered the spud tater, I got a few big chunks of black tater out of it. Remind u the tater was done cut open so they could put the stuff inside of it. So there's the black parts of the tater complaint, no lemonade received, also called and told them no bbq sauce on the deviled eggs and I got it anyways. I paid over $30 for this stuff. When I called Logans roadhouse to complain, the lady named Jessica sounded like she didn't care, didn't offer to fix it, didn't offer to make up another meal, nothing. Just said things do happen and was silent on the phone so I hung up. I won't order from ember bbq again which this was my first time so yall really blew it and I won't ever eat at logans again either! I'm upset at this, waste of money down the drain too.
Steaks were all ordered as medium to medium rare, all came to the table well done. The servers were fast, but had to reach across others food to get your plates. All in all, not bad but for a 28$ steak, you expect it to be the right temp. The fact that all of them were over on a party of ten, must've been a new cook today.
Took my family of 6 out for a Sunday lunch and got sat immediately. The waitress was very prompt with refills and food service. We enjoyed the Salmon, chicken tenders, hamburger, steak, and spirits!! Everything was prepared to perfection! The plates come full. Feel free to share 1 plate for a lighter meal.
This was the worst steak I’ve had in a long time. Absolutely the worst steak ever at A Logan’s. It was flavorless and I even asked about it because it was that bad and was told they use ZERO seasonings when cooking. I couldn’t even finish the 6oz I ordered. Yuck!!! A complete waste of money.
I went in my best friend to celebrate and it was a bad experience. We ordered potato skins for an appetizer and the waitress asked if we wanted them loaded, we said no just the cheese and bacon bits. Well she decided to bring us spinach dip. Nobody said anything about this dip but her. We let it ride. Our steaks came out so burnt that the waitress said she noticed yet brought them anyways. We sent them back because they were so tough and charred it was gross. The replacements was also wrong. One ended up being blooded still and the other extremely tough. I am not a person who complains by an means but this was BAD. Everything besides the drinks and sides was wrong. Waste of 44$
Very happy my parents & I decided to come to Logan’s! We all had ordered and then noticed the special, Prime Rib! Dad & I changed to prime rib. We all got salads as our sides. Nice size salads. Almost could make that a meal. The fresh made bread was brought out piping hot and very tasty. Our prime ribs (rare & mid-rare) were very good! Good seasoning & flavor. The au jus and horseradish sauce is good! Moms chicken fried steak was fork tender. We were all very impressed. Will come back!
Best spinach dip ever! Loved the Salmon Caesar salad. Yum!
