It is literally the BEST ice cream in Cookeville! It might even be the best in the country!! I’m not even joking. The staff is friendly, and the flavors are outstanding. The ice cream is always rich and creamy, and I have never had a bad experience here. I cannot recommend the Lazy Cow enough!
Always delicious. I can't visit often since I have an addiction to their wonderful ice cream. Glad to see Oat Milk vegan ice cream on the menu!! I'll be trying on my next visit.
The ice cream was very delicious it was nice and creamy I got crunchy butter pecan and it was extremely good. The line was out the door but it moved very quickly. I would definitely recommend this ice cream shop!
Ice cream is pretty basic but good. The menu is small and they were out of whipped cream which is unusual for an ice cream shop at mid-day. The girl behind the counter was nice.

I’m a big fan of this place. My wife is 100% vegan and they have several dairy free ice creams that you can make into shakes! They also have an amazing selection of ice creams for kids. Colorful, fun ice creams like “Cookie Monster” which my daughter loves! Lots of cool cartoony art work on the walls.Oh and if you are a vegetarian they have a couple sandwiches that we can eat! Really cool family environment.My personal favorite thing is the Turtle Sundae. It’s probably the best sundae I’ve ever had.
ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! I’m allergic to dairy and their vegan vanilla chuck milkshake is AMAZING! Can’t wait to try their strawberry next time. My husband got the turtle Sunday with “Silly Old Bear” ice cream and my 2 year old got Cookie Monster and they are also in love. I really like that they make everything in house and use fruit to dye their ice cream. Definitely recommend
This place is so amazing. One of a kind, homemade ice cream with the freshest of ingredients. The facility was also super clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The prices are right for what you get and I will definitely be back.
