I ordered a 2 pc breast n wing meal last night large mashed potatoes and gravy small coleslaw and every single bit of it was wrong they gave me 2 thighs and a wing my gravy wasn't even gravy they gave me pre-mix mashed potatoes with gravy from the buffet they didn't even tell me that they were out of anything and when I went back around to say something about my food they wave me around because they were closed I called four times and nobody answered

If I could give less than a one star I would! This location is ABSOLUTE trash. It is always FILTHY. It is ALWAYS understaffed and the staff they do have is about as useless as the g in lasagna. I will NEVER eat at this location. I HAD to come here tonight for an Uber eats order. I tried to come through the lobby (where we normally get our orders) however the lobby was closed. I waited in line over 30 minutes only to get to go the window and be told that they are closed. They close at 7. However, the website says they close at 9! I am LIVID. The cashier was EXTREMELY rudeShe saw us sitting in line and completely IGNORED us. She made complete eye contact with us and went into another room. The manager of this facility should be ASHAMED of himself. The sanitation in this place should inspire a complete shut down by a health inspection. The floors are filthy, there is food everywhere. They do not clean and it is VERY apparent and the fact that they inconvenienced over 20 customers tonight is absolutely ridiculous. IF they close at 7 they need to update their information on their website! If I owned this location I wouldn't want to show my face in the daylight because it is absolutely pitiful. I am posting this publicly on your website, Facebook, and google reviews. I PRAY it inspires change and if not I hope this restaurant gets shut down. Somebody is going to get sick eating hereThere is NO way this place would pass an inspection. Zero chance. DO BETTER!

They served the person in front of me and when i pulled up to order I was told “We’re out of chicken we’re closed”. I wish it was a joke, but the only joke at this location is whoever doesn’t know how to order enough chicken for a fried chicken restaurant. Definitely not wasting anymore time or money on a chain on the verge of closing and appears to be neglected of any cleaning.

This place has become a joke. For years inside has been closed, for years they have closed at 7, now just spent 25 minutes in drive thru with 10 other cars. No employees, no closed signs, nothing. Management if you can't run this store give to someone who can.....

First we didn’t know they didn’t open till 11:00 so we had to sit in the parking lot cause no one would answer us at the drive thru then when it was 11:00 still nobody would answer the speaker at the drive though when there was a worker outside before his shift the service was bad didn’t get food obviously last time I tried I didn’t know they closed at 7 pm KFC you had one job idk if they are short staffed but a lot of other people couldn’t get their food ether it was horrible!

Where to start! First off, one star is way too generous for this place. The line at the drive-thru was too long for me, so I decided to go inside. Where I stood waiting to place my order. The two line employees looked at me with vacant stares and said nothing to me.I did over hear one of them say the gravy looked bad and the manager on duty dismiss his concern and said to put it out. Then she looked past me several times, before taking an order from from a delivery driver and chiding them for not coming inside to pick up their order. When she finally acknowledged me, it was to tell me that I had to go thru drive-thru. I said to hell with that.Went back to the Fairfield Inn around the corner to get a different order from my girlfriend. She said she wanted Burger King. So I drove over to the one at 1310 E Spring St, Cookeville, TN. All told, 20 min. round trip, INCLUDING and apology from the cashier at Burger King for KFC's ineptness. When I passed back by the KFC, a car that had not ordered when I left, was still 2 car lengths from the drive thru window. Sad, very very sad.If you have only THREE people working on a Sunday, put those 1 1/2 pea brains together to put out some signage to inform the public. That the lobby is closed, or just close the store for the day. Heck, Chik-fil-a does it.Oh before anyone says, they can't get help, the McDonald and Wendy's nearby has help. The Chik-fil-a not only has help, but their lines are longer and they are faster, their managers train them, and they have customer service skill. But this time was the only time the dining area was clean, even before COVID, and there was no homeless people sitting around.Come on Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers Restaurant, I'm looking forward to anything over KFC.Go to Publix's! Go to Popeye's, Go to McDonald's for your chicken, Just don't go to this KFC.

35 minutes in the drive through with 5 cars in queue ahead and lobby closed. Maybe just close if you can’t staff to limit the stress on clearly overworked employees and Frustrated patrons. You can hear the panic in their voices as the line just piles up and cars just drive off.

Have not ate what I got but they took forever to get food out to us then they tried to pawn everyone else's food on us instead of our order

The few times I came to buy the beyond nuggets the quality has been unacceptable. They consistently over fry them so much it is so stiff and inedible and the fries are always burnt. Please train the staff better to cook the nuggets. I drive to Sparta KFC now any time I want to get the beyond nuggets as they always come out how they are supposed to taste.

Did not receive as ordered, But by the time I figured it out I was on the road it was on the road already.Lesson learned... check your food before you drive away.
