If I could give less stars I would, my first time trying Jersey Mike's. Upon placing our order, i was asked if I wanted it microwaved which I replied yes, then told her I wanted only meat and cheese, to which she responded with attitude " ugh you don't want it Mike's way?" And acted offended send didn't even microwave the sub.while the person taking our money laughed at my order. I think I'll just stick with firehouse!Ok I get the misunderstanding, but the attitude with me saying I didn't want anything on it wasn't warranted. I myself work with the public and giving attitude to a customer over a minor misunderstanding isn't an acceptable way to handle things.Final update.. Changing my 1 star to a 3 based on my mistake and misunderstanding, but going no higher due to the poor attitude of the employees
I have always loved JM before. Have spend plenty of $$ in the past. However, My Sister in Law went in to get a quick picnic for her, my brother and their two children. She explained to the employee that her daughter had a profound dairy allergy and was told, "I am just gonna be honest with you, I don't wipe down the slicer between meat and cheese, and I am not going to."Was just kind of abrupt.
I'm blown away with my ☆☆☆☆ experience at Cookeville Tennessee location. Awesome staff, fast, friendly service and exceptionally clean environment.
Best subs ever! We drive over an hour to go there. Staff very friendly and courteous.
Probably the worst sandwich I’ve had at any Jersey Mikes. Bread was baked too long and was tough as nails.
Showed up tonight with 3 other people at 5:30 pm and the doors are closed. They are supposed to be open until 6pm tonight and we drove out of our way to go here. When we tried the door, that was locked, the two guys/employees in the restaurant started giggling. NOT COOL TO CLOSE EARLY JUST TO CLEAN UP BEFORE CLOSING when you have customers trying to eat at your restaurant. Horrible!
We had a couple food allergies in our family, and the guys working were great with making sure the equipment was clean and the chance of cross contamination was minimized. The dining room was clean and they handled the busy flow at lunch really well!
These guys were great! A large order was placed before us and they were quick and accurate! They were friendly and were even joking with us. Kudos! ?
Love jersey Mike's! Philly cheesesteaks are my favorite! I went to get one last weekend and they were remodeling. I hope they reopen soon! Pregnancy cravings wait for no one!
Subs are always the best here.Staff are friendly, nice and do their best to fix the sub , exactly like you want.
