Didn't realize how short staffed they are. Waited 30 minutes to be seated and another 30 to be served our food. French toast and pancakes came out cold. I hope they get staffed soon. I understand that alot is out of their control.
Despite a sign saying they were working short handed and to plz bear with them, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our server was actually the asst mgr on duty and had a great attitude despite the restaurant being very full, plus a customer complaining about their wait at a nearby table. The food was taking a bit to come out and she explained that the cooks were new; even so, the food was all cooked exactly the way it was supposed to be and all said and done, we were in and out in about an hour.
Great food wonderful service. Chelsea was a very good waitress she constantly checked to see if we needed anything and made sure our drink's were filled
With covid19 most restaurants do not have employees to handle business. This restaurant takes it to the extreme. 75% of the tables were empty but we had a 10 to 15 minute wait to get seated. While we were seated at our table the wait went to 25 minutes. Waitress took our order and hour later we got our bill. Poor service. Food was good.
We’ve been here at least 6 times in a year.With the storage of servers and all we still come.This time half of the restaurant was full and we sat opposite which was 1/3 full. We waited 2 mins and got sat down. Our server was quick, greeted us, and we got our food within 20 -30 mins. We ate and left. Food was great !
Well...mama always said if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything. Well enough said....don't go here. 30 minutes and no food. Flat drinks. Nasty tea. Nasty water. Had to leave.
Our group of 7 was seated within 30 minute of arriving during the breakfast rush. Our food was made hot and quickly. Our waitress was able to juggle not only our large bunch, but her entire section with ease. The manager even greeted us and thanked us for our visit.
Food was fine . Service was fine. Some staff could have been a bit more friendly. In my opinion it's a bit pricey for the type of food. For two adults and a child (that only ate a side of bacon) it was $40 plus tip. 0w
the manager was the rudest and most unprofessional person in the restaurant industry. he told me and my family that we were not going to get any service and he said he could refuse to serve anyone he wanted all because we asked for a different table not in the sun and I wanted to sit in a chair not a booth in the corner, this request was all it took . I will never return to this I hope except to make a complaint with the other manager.
Breakfast was great, food was tasty. Staff was friendly. This experience was great will definitely come back when in Sparta, TN
