The food was good, although pricy for the portions I got. The restaurant was dead during lunch time. Usually not a good sign, but the food was surprisingly good despite being a tad expensive. The service wasn't fantastic, but was passable for fast food. Because it was dead, I'm guessing, there were several tables with dishes left on it. Again, the place was basically empty. If you don't have the money to go to olive garden but want some decent Italian, it's a fine place to go. I wouldn't rave about it, but I would return if I was in the area.

Great service and food. Everyone was very friendly and helpful with the menu items. Great location. Very clean dining area and bathrooms. Would recommend and would visit again.
It was just ok. The best thing about the visit were the employees. No joke best bunch of people I've ever encountered in a restaurant. Every single person was smiling, helpful (to the employees AND each other, and most importantly, sincere in their actions. That's the entire reason for the 4 stars. So thank you to the group in Cookeville, Tennessee. You are top notch!!

We were in Cookeville staying at the Fairfield by Marriott for my son's wedding & my best friend from Myrtle Beach came in for the wedding too. We were starving & she had never had Fazolis! So we introduced her to the "drive thru better than Olive Garden Italian food". We all 3 got the loaded fettuccine with side salads & a side of meatballs. She loved it. She's on the hunt for a Fazolis near her now. We LOVE Fazolis!
Great food. They forgot to give me my plastic ware and extra sauce and cheese with my mobile order but the dining room was closing at 7 pm because they were short staffed.
I’ve only been here maybe 3 times and everything has been subpar. Everyone was nice I talked to. My friends ordered a regular got a small. I order chicken Alfredo, half of my noodles were cold, and my chicken was cut in large chunks. Fast, Not fresh, and Definitely not Italian.
I have never had a bad experience at the Fazoli's in Cookeville. Always fresh, hot and good. The additional bonus is that the employees there are great!!
Oh wow!!!!! This place is almost too good to be true the staff was very friendly the prices are unbeatable based on the quality of the food which was excellent we fed a family of 6 for less than $5.00 per person and the food is very good
