I often come here very morning solely because I love dunkin coffee. I pick it up everyday before I drive to work. I recently downloaded the app so I can put in mobile orders to get out of there quicker. But every time I order mobile, it's no different from ordering over the counter. Everytime I stand there and wait 10 minutes for my mobile order that I ordered 20 mins ahead of time. This is unacceptable customer service and they are always backed up in this place.
Clearly the manager here is utterly incompetent. Everything takes forever, there is zero sense of urgency, and nobody really cares. I went through the drive-thru and it took literally 20 minutes for 4 cars to be processed. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, I eventually had to leave because the line never moved. Fire the manager. Nobody takes any pride in their job here. If you go to any other Dunkin Donits in any other city, it is brisk and efficient. This place is an embarrassment to the brand.
Order was not able to be completed cause of lack of ingredient which was the chicken bacon stuffers so I was asked at the window if a croissant was ok instead then worker replied to another worker that I wanted it still just on a croissant.. Problem was when she told other employee that I was fine with the switch she said in a loud agrovated voice UHHH. What do you get paid for to complain or make coffee and donuts. Didn't get a name but 4 22 22 854am 18 bucks and food was NASTY I WANT MONEY BACK WONT EVER GO BACK
Awesome drive-thru service and lobby service has never disappointed either! The workers there are nice and always polite and friendly! My order is always perfect and just the way I like it! 5/5 stars!
Not only is this location ALWAYS out of stuff , they also never match up with the app for what items they have in stock. My food will come burnt, messy, coffee will taste burnt or nasty. I never have a quick, easy, enjoyable experience at this location. And the picture I added is of a BURNT CHEESE SLICE that I had to peel off and couldn't even finish the sandwich ? I don't understand how they made this and thought it was okay to sell to customers.
Classic Dunkin coffee. Either you love it or not, and they have great simple light lunch options that make it a great pit stop. I love a good iced coffee and their avocado toast.
Drive moved along quickly for being a constant full line up at the drive thru. Any day at Dunkin Donuts is a good day in my books ?
I got 6 donuts they were all crunchy and stale, I dont get donuts too often so I'm very excited when I do. The 2 I got for myself( Bavarian Cream filled powdered) very stale and one didn't even have cream in it...very sad its the only place I know of to get a powdered sugar Bavarian filled donut, which is mostly the only kind I eat.
