If you get the box, don’t get the onion rings OR the cheese curds as a side. Literally got 3 onion rings.. and about 4 very small cheese curds and 1 larger one. Definitely not worth the price at that point- just get a different side in the box and get those as an extra if you really want them. They give you more that way. Quesadillas are very thin. Milkshakes, sweet tea, and chicken strips are always great. New crinkle fries are good.The staff try their best to hear us, I saw a poor guy putting his ear to the speaker inside when I pulled up for my food. It’s always been like this. Your employees do great, cook out. Please help them and update your speakers.
Traveling through the area. There are many restaurants near by . Cookout made many good reviews. We wanted to be quick and back on the road. We did the walk up window. The person at the window was very patient with us. There are many choices and ways to order. It can be overwhelming. We decided on a tray - burger with 2 sides. Fries and onion rings and a cappuccino shake. All were very good. The burger looked like it was hand padded . Above average taste , shake was excellent. Glad we stopped.
The only thing they do well is their milkshakes but other than that the food is definitely not top here it's very little for the money you get. In the pictures is supposed to be a Chipotle wrap and a quesadilla as you can see they're exceedingly small and almost nothing inside definitely not happy
First few times the food is good, the last 2 times I have gone, they forgot to make me food, then gave me an attitude when I went to go back and pick it up. Afterwards they still missed 1 out if the 4 items that were missed. It's not my job to make sure you do your job correctly.
I ordered a burger tray for $6.59 with a shake for $1.20 extra. I have ordered this on multiple occasions and the quality and experience vary every time.I believe they changed their menu so the 1/4 lb burger isn’t there but there are two other options they could have picked for a tray. They just chose violence and wanted this broke college student to be more broke for some reason and the meal became more expensive than a sit down restaurant. I thought I misunderstood the total but once I got to the window I was disappointed to hear them asking me for $12.47 when it should be $8.76. I’m a broke college student and studied enough to know that it’s 30% about the normal price. We said tray and I get a sack. They don’t care about even the simplest things.
With 2 lanes to drive thru, they always get your food super fast! They have a variety of food that is certain to hit the nail on the head for everyone! My favorite is their tasty shakes!! Also, a great place for a late night snack.
The worst food I have ever had! First time going...will never be back... how does a person mess up burgers and onion rings....hushpuppy oh my god so hard and nasty

Have only been here twice. The food was mediocre and the staff has been completely rude both times. I had heard good things so I was excited to give it a try but sadly was not impressed. Good customer service is crucial in any restaurant but I felt more like a burden here.
