Highly recommended by our daughter and other students in Cookeville. Cinco Amigos has it all! We got there at opening time on a Sat. (11:00) and after we sat down, within 30 minutes the place was mostly filled up. Service is excellent. Chicken chimichangas are small but very good, cheese is on the side and a small cup. The steak fajitas were cooked to perfection. Ice water and tea (2.75) came to $27ish before tip and $37ish after tip. Cute place. Would eat here again, this is our new favorite place for Mexican food.
I been coming here for yrs about once a month or every two months always great food . Have a lot of family that comes from out of town I sent over to them . The last 2 times I ordered from there their to go orders didn't have much chicken in it. I thought maybe they were training someone is why. I called to get a to go order and I explained to the man the last 2 order was a little short on chicken. He was going to take order when I told him in nice way. He said we are not taking to go orders tonight to busy. If I owned a restaurant I would want to know how service was. I will never eat there again more Mexican restaurants besides them. Period
After being seated we waited 10 minutes for waters and for our initial drink order. Never received them and left.Maybe a bad evening with staff and miscommunication, but poor experience overall - disappointing because historically it’s been good.
Use to eat here for years at least once a week, but after a few bad experiences I quit going here for a few months. Went back in today and I realized they will treat you like you don’t matter at anytime. Good luck if you go here.
Best Mexican restaurant in town!! The fajitas are my favorite and you get enough for another meal to take home (or share) and the Long Island Iced Teas are on spot.
The food was very delicious and service was amazing. The restaurant is very clean and nice, very nice employees here also.
Portions were great and good was hot and delicious! Their staff is so kind and friendly. Their salsa and chips are my favorite!
Slow service and the food was Okay.We rolled with a party of 10, four soccer players and six adults. Took 15 minutes to get water and chips. The food was good, not really flavorful.
Wow, what a surprise! Great tasting food. Quick and friendly service. A wonderful selection of Mexican dishes. Four of us had different menu selections and each was excellent. The "Mexican Flag Burrito" had a nice name to it--and great flavor. The chicken in the burrito tasted great. The only oddity we found was their "sopapilla" was just a fried flour tortilla with cinnamon and sugar on it--but it was good. Next time I'm in town, we'll be back.
The taco shells and chips are SO good and fresh! For lunch, two of us ate for right under $15.We’ll DEFINITELY be back!
