Manager/ supervisor was amazing...his team was amazing. We don't get service like this very often. Restaurant was clean, bathroom was clean. Buffet was so fresh and best of any Cicis we have EVER been to. 15 second greet upon entry- requested pizza was on the bar 8 minutes after we sat down....this guy knows what he is doing. Five stars
People should be glad that there is still a restaurant that is serving food at the price that CiCi's does. In the present economical state it is unusual that the prices have not went up a lot. Some people will complain no matter what. I personally have been going to this restaurant often for 15 years. The staff is always friendly, very few negative issues with staff in those 15 years. The food is good. Do they have days that are better than others, sure they do, all restaurants do. If one day is not the greatest there will be another visit that will make up for it. Think about the price and realize we do not have any other restaurants that you can eat all you can eat for the price of CiCi's. I say, thanks to the owner for staying even in times that it might have been difficult to keep the doors open. Blessings!!
Cici's is one of my favorite chains to exist. During my law enforcement days, Cici's was my daily lunch stop! I've seen good ones and I've seen bad ones, and this is definitely a good one. The staff cares and is responsive to customer requests. The pizza was hot and fresh, and that's the best Bavarian Creme pizza I've ever had. This place is definitely a spot I'll go back to!
love the pizza but need to change your hours lol it’s a little annoying when the website says 10, google says 9, and you close by 8

Cashier was great.Very personable and helpful. Place was clean. They kept buffet well stocked. Very impressed. When we get to Cookeville again, we will surely stop in again.
The people that work there were awesome! We had a group of 22 people and they asked us what kind of pizza we wanted made and even took pictures for us of the group before we left. Best Cici's ever!
Best pizza I have had in a very long time! It really blew my mind when I found out I can just ask them for any kind of pizza with no charge while eating there. The service was wonderful.
It's super clean and the customer service is very good! They are very kind and fast on anything you need.
Almost everything on the salad bar was frozen and old the pasta salad looked as if it had been there for days and slimy the pizza wasn't very good and they had no pasta pretty much the whole time we were there we have been to Cicis in 4 states and this was the worst one we ever seen they kept plenty of pizza up while we were eating was the only good thing I can say about this place
