If I could give this location zero stars, I would Their staff cannot ever treat their customers in a humanly manner. The last time I was in there, I witnessed who I assume is their GM, Sam, yelling at the poor girl on register (who was also the only nice employee there ) for no good reason. I apologized that she had to work in such a hostile environment because no one deserves that. Their GM needs to be replaced along with their entire staff, no one there knows how to work, or treat customers with respect. Do not come to this location unless you like being degraded lmfao.

No ice told my husband if someone would have been in line behind him he wouldn't have been able to get a cheese Quesadilla. Then said a cheese quesadilla is same proce as a chicken quesadilla. So meat is free? Don't make any sense.

They posted a sign on their door that requires you to read the fine print in order to figure out that they’re not excepting anything but exact change or credit cards. 30 minutes into being in the store I finally reached the register and these guys are jerks. I love chipotle but I will never return to the store and I suggest anyone reading this review follow my lead.

By far the worst experience I have had at a chipotle I have been here many times and we have always had a good experience. However on this visit two separate employees were rude and dismissive. I will not be returning to this location. If management is not training employees to be friendly then something is broken.

Consistent quality and taste. Only issue is their "steak scooper hand" is a little weak and apparently can't hold the weight of a decent sized serving of steak. Asking for an additional scoop put me at where a normal scoop should be. I'm surprised you don't just make your spoons smaller so us customers don't feel absolutely cheated on. Jk don't get any ideas...

When a customer has a problem they do NOT want to speak to a operator who can’t even pass us through to a HUMAN BEING so we can get an order fixed or if you are DoorDashing extra of something. It’s apart of the job to ANSWER THE PHONE. Do better.

Friend came to town and took her here last night 5pm. Not busy. Food and service were good. But, as we got up to the counter to order...the paper signs were still taped up "due to the coin shortage- we only accept card or EXACT change" So, I watched the lady in front of us use plenty of coins -thinking she was helping. Then my friend used change, then I paid with cash and coins as well. But, obviously the coin shortage is not an issue anymore. It's December 2021. I'm guessing plenty of other patrons have used coins this year- enough to provide this establishment with change. So, why still continue to pass along this inconvenience to loyal customes? I'm guessing it's some issue with management? Please change your signage to reflect that you simply do not make change. Just put it out there.

(Husbands account) I came in for early dinner on Wednesday Dec 15th, Leah (food maker?) made my order (1 burrito, 2 bowls) very quickly and did a great job. Her and McKenzie (cashier) were so nice and accurate with my order and read it back to me without hesitation. McKenzie offered chips that I forgot to get, thank goodness. We love our Cookeville Chipotle and eat there fairly often but this was the greatest bowl my husband and I both ever had. The portions were perfect, the food was fresh, and Leah was nice enough to start my bowl with lots of lettuce (which is surely inconvenient). Great dinner, which is underrated.

Husband and I stopped in from our trip and we loved our experience. Place was large and super clean. Bathrooms in most Chipotles can be unkept, but this one was really clean. The steak wasn’t fatty and the workers gave a proper scope for meat! We would come back again next time we’re in town!
