Food was mediocre. The 3 best items are the chips and salsa, fajitas, and the molten lava dessert. The service, however, was 2nd to none. Katie took care of us and was AWESOME! She was very attentive, we didn't have to ask for 1 drink refill, she just brought them as we needed them. She was delightful, and a natural, and we will be back, just for the service alone.
The staff is always friendly. We have never had a bad server and frequent this place often. Kids eat cheap and adults have plenty of options. Recommend ordering a skillet of queso with chips and salsa as an app. The brown queso dip is out of this world good. Fun atmosphere to converse and eat as a family. Highly recommend eating here for budget and quality
The chips served with the salsa were extremely staleMy husband had drank half of his beer before i got a simple ice teaMy ranch chicken and bacon quesadillas were sloppily made. Half of the cut pieces had no chicken and the other half I had to mix and match the tortillas.The cup of tortilla soup was good and the Caesar Salad was good in spite of having the hard end of the stalk in it.

Had a great time on our first stop. If your ever close to this Chili's ask for Zacks table, he was an awesome waiter. Thank you for the great service. Kudos to you Zack from all this crazy bunch.
We ate lunch at the restaurant today at around one o’clock. The service was terrible. The waitress could not get our order correct and it was very easy. Ordered two for 25 and two of the other specials. They brought wrong food.Had to take it back to recook. Never refilled drinks. Asked for plates for appetizers and she never brought them.Asked for sour cream never came.Worst service imaginable. People across had the same issues. Manager never offered to make better. Don’t go to this place Worst Chilis around. Should be closed
I've been here several times and it's hard to choose wrong. I tried the steak and shrimp sizzling fajita and wasn't disappointed. The steak was cooked perfectly with just a hint of pink. I would have liked for the shrimp to be bigger, but they were still very flavorful. The salsa is a bit spicy for me, more on the hot side of a mild. Use sparingly. Pro tip: separate the tortillas as soon as you get them. They stick way too well.Our waiters we're very attentive. They helped me decide between getting a steak or fajitas. We'll be returning. Highly recommended.
Great, affordable stop for lunch. Sign up for their rewards and choose between free chips and salsa or free drink every time you visit. I got the Bacon Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich with street corn and it was delectable. Service was friendly and fast.

Not very happy with chili’s. My fiancé and I went out and the table and floor was dirty! Our server was not friendly and messed up my order when he was putting it into the tablet right in front of him, so frustrating. only thing good about our visit was the dessert.
