Not terrible, but it's barely even a salad place, Its more of a coleslaw place
Could be a cute place but the management was very rude to the couple in front of me it was very awkward and blatant as well.. if you cannot sell more than one grape salad per customer why on earth sell it at all the husband even offered to be on a separate check to get some they made a huge deal out of it and we’re extremely rude and made a scene it was truly shocking to witness my first and last experience at this particular place. Never ever have a I seen a customer who was being nice and paying he treated so rudely … I said I didn’t understand it and she was rude to me too!! She said we are not a fast food restaurant I said well I have actually worked in cafes where everything was homemade and we like repeat customers. Quite shocking behavior to be honest not someone I would hire to work with the public doesn’t handle the customer nor her emotions like she is working.
The food, and staff were great. The price is reasonable for the portions, and flavor. I honestly would have went 5 stars, but I'm not crazy for chicken salad. My wife loved it though.
Pleasantly surprised. Chicken salad in a nice variety of choices and options. Order at the counter and food is delivered to your seat. I will return.
Staff is rude. Food is great. The Dixie chick is obviously the best because they NEVER HAVE ENOUGH. I would think if manager knew about running a business,the most asked for salad would made in larger quantities, from the beginning. However the snooty manager said, call in the morning and we will make you an order. Duh.
Clean, beautiful restaurant with fresh yet affordable food. We were a group of 3 adults & we ate for $35 including drinks & desert.
I'm there almost every day. The food is good, really good. But the true strength of this establishment is their people. The service is ALWAYS fantastic. I hope management realizes how blessed they are to have such amazing ladies working there.
Very good like the other locations I’ve been too. Someone took my order but they were quick to remake it.
This was my first time eating at Chicken Salad Chick and I am beyond impressed! I did not catch this lady’s name but she provided beyond amazing service! She was knowledgeable with the menu, I didn’t know what to order. She was so friendly that it literally change the atmosphere. I do not know her title but if she isn’t in sales management I would put her there!! She made my day!
Stopped in for the first time with a BOGO birthday gift card. We love pimento cheese and since my husband wasn't with me to try any chicken salad, I decided on spicy and regular pimento cheese. We were VERY pleased with both. I will going for more in a couple of weeks to take to a birthday gathering for my dad.
