I order a curbside order numerous times a week and for the longest time the order was always correct. As of late though the simplest items are missing such as straw and sauces and the wait at curbside has been getting longer and longer. Today the wait was 15 min for an 8 piece nugget and sweet tea. Once again there was no straw for my drink.
It's common everywhere anymore, but please just take a moment before you leave and check your order. I ordered grilled chicken bites through the drive through and after I reached my destination, I discovered they were breaded. I am diabetic, so I had to turn around and drive back the ten minutes. They were ever so gracious and I received delicious, hot food. Mistakes are made by all of us. How we are treated for our mistakes defines others. I LOVE Chick- FIL-A!!!
I brought a bunch of students. They were reasonably fast and friendly. The special tortilla soup was good.
Best fast food option. When thr rest of the family wants fast food I don't mind this one. I can have a spring Cobb salad with grilled chicken and a side of kale salad to add to it. Yummy

Dinner for 8 on the road. Staff at Chick-fil-A are always pleasant and helpful. Keeping 4 small humans and 4 large humans happy and fed is a tall order. These folks were the best ...everyone left happy.

I usually give them 5 stars, but twice now, they've given me the wrong order. Their food is always good, service impeccable, but they ones that prep aren't paying attention to details.
We always enjoy Chick-fil-A when Santa and Mrs Claus are on the road. The store in Cookeville did not disappoint! Extremely friendly staff and the legendary quick service is evident here!
Parking lot was packed on a Fridaynight. Drive-thru line was around the building. Took maybe 7 min to get served and on my way. Amazing service.I have spent longer in some drive-thru's when I was the only car. CFA is amazingly efficient
