Very slow in the drivethru I understand staff shortages but extremely slow always every time I am there they need another plan to get customers moving

Went and waited in line for 18 minutes to get sandwiches. They got my order wrong and when I told them, they gave me a dirty look and told me that that was what I ordered. I just asked for my money back. They are very slow, no one smiles or says thank you.

Filthy and nasty. Staff on their phones not working. And definitely not cleaning during slow times. Get new staff or close it for unclean purposes alone on that itself.

Waited a little long in drive thru but still good food

This particular one, has always had it's employee problem. Employees either quit or don't show up on time. Yesterday, four people didn't show for work for breakfast. They open at six in the morning. The bathrooms stink, and filthy. Same for the lobby. It's time to get rid of the slackers. If this continues, I will be forced to get in touch with corporate. We shall see.

Food was good and correct . Few fries in the boxes. Shake was not full, abt an inch down. Dining in but they put our food in a bag and threw it on the counter.. I had to ask for my shake.

This burger king can never get my order right! They are missing something or something wrong 4 out of 5 times!! And they say " well you can come back and get it" everytime like me having to drive again and the rest of the food being cold is any form of compensation at all! I asked them to door dash my missing food but they refused to do that also! I guess it's my fault for expecting anything different from this location.

Love their veggie burger, ask for a fresh one though, they tend toO get tough if they have sat. Service was ok, girl at drive thru very nice and polite.

They are simply overwhelmed. You can tell they definitely need more help. The car behind me left after ordering. Definitely not fast food as most of them aren't now due to labor shortage. The girl running the food to the cars was very pleasant & didn't show her frustration. Everything that I ordered was in the bag!! Shocking since McDonald's doesn't seem to understand that concept. My husband & son were happy with what they ordered. No complaints on the food.

Bad look when you make someone wait almost 10 minutes just for 2 burgers and fries and then make them go back to the register to pay $0.16 for a pack of zesty sauce my fries.
