My family had a vehicle breakdown, so we went in to eat and pass time. I should've turned back immediately due to the foul smell upon entering, but we wanted to be able to sit and wait for our ride. Our food came out very fast (there weren't many patrons). The food was barely warm and the fries were overcooked. The bathroom was disgusting and the front door wasn't fully functional. I'm unsure if this is a corporate funding issue or if the management is bad. The golf game inside was also broken. Just overall not the BWW experience we expected. Waitress was great.
foods amazing, but I placed in order for pickup and had a online gift card that I printed out. they couldn't figure out how to type it in the computer and that was nearly 20 minutes of me standing up front at the cash register looking around for service as in nobody was there at all there was people eating but not busy at all. and it took quite some time to finally get someone to come out from the back. but like I said their food is amazing and they give you plenty good quality.
Download the app - they usually have some deals going on. At the time of this review they had $3 house beer on game days. Other than that it's a chain restaurant BWW - your generic sports bar.
This was absolutely the worst experience I have had in cookeville… the food was not correct they did not include the ranch for our wings the fries are so hard you cannot eat them… and when I called no one cared to do anything to fix it!!!
My second time going to this same Buffalo Wild Wings. The food is not worth the price. I ordered a BBQ Brisket sandwich. It came with no BBQ and the brisket was like dried beef jerky. Our waitress was prompt to being our BBQ sauce in cups so our server was fine. There was a $2 upcharge for frigging onion rings. I don’t understand the allure of this place. It’s always busy and the food is always crappy. My first visit resulted in mediocre wings. It is safe to say there will not be a third visit there with the many good choices there are in Cookeville
Totally enjoyed my server, Tucker. Genuine people-person. Very attentive, professional, likeable.Food was out, hot and as ordered, He never let my beer glass go dry without politely asking if I cared for another.Had the wings and fries special. Good Value for ten bucks. Followed that with the street tacos....and some more beers.I am not in this area often, but I know now where I will get a warm, sincere greeting, and will be back next time through.Store was clean, and was staffed well, which is surprising, when so many places are crying for workers...that BWW can attract and keep a guy like Tucker.Thank You B-Dubs for hiring good folks! And, Thank You Tucker!Bob.
I have been here several times and every time is worst than the last. This last time was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The waitress acted like she didn't know what she was doing. We had a long wait (even for drinks) even though we got seated rather quickly. The food was decent but not worth the aggravation or price for that matter
Our wings were amazing. I ordered the orange chicken. Very flavorful. We also ordered the triple appetizer. Hot, fresh and tasty. Cant wait to go bk. Our only downfall was it took also 20 min of sitting before anyone noticed we were there
I would put 0 stars if it would let me! I had stopped going here because of bad service, it’s been about 5 months since then and my fiancé and I decided that things probably have changed since then!!!! NOPE. We arrived and the booths were dirty. A lady had cleaned one off for us and gave us menus. We waited 8 minutes and asked a gentleman, who is our server and he told us he didn’t know and let him go check. He came back out and never spoke another word to us and yet we still had no sign of our server. we waited another 5-6 minutes and still nobody has yet came and got our drink order and introduced themselves. So we left. I will NOT be back.Get it together Buffalo Wild Wings!
Friends and I went here last night for some grub. There was no wait list just a seat yourself kinda night. Ok fine, no big deal, we sit down, play some trivia, and order our food. We ordered basic meals and didn’t receive our food for a whole 30-40 minutes. My friends and I watched as other customers who came in long after us get their food first. The biggest problem is when we got our food, it wasn’t even warm, it was borderline cold. I wasn’t going to be that person to send food back because I understand the business of restaurants especially during this time in the world….I should’ve sent it back because I knew something tasted odd and now I’m paying for it ?
