Best Boba Tea in Cookeville. Price is a little high, but the have the best selection of flavors. The young people that work there could learn to smile but they're still cordial. Owner is a jewel and is consistently jovial, helpful and kind.
I was really hoping for another go-to spot for boba but I was left disappointed. The talk was awkward and most of our time there was silent yet filled with the same "boba song" on repeat in the background and got old fast. My mom and I both ordered vanilla boba with kiwi popping boba, an odd combo since they were out of most flavors of both tea mix and bobas. The vanilla tasted quite strongly of coffee flavor which was unpleasant and leads me to think maybe the machinery wasn't cleaned between drinks (which is also backed up by no cleaning between us and the next customer a few minutes later). Going to the bathroom, I was shocked to see the water heater in the tiny little room. Inside the toilet was mold growing around the waterline and the small trashcan was overflowing. I think I'll stick to the boba at Fil-Am.
The service was awful. One girl was working and she was the most disrespectful person i’ve ever met. I usually don’t make reviews because i try to be considerate but i was really excited to try it and her attitude ruined the whole thing. Besides that, the drinks were below average. Would recommend going to any other boba shop in cookeville
Took my son here 2 days in a row. He loves this place. He got the chi & something else mix. I took a sip. Amazing. Has a clove taste. Very good.
Ok Folks, so I took Mom to Cookeville tonight after dinner to her favorite store to get sneakers. After she said let's go to Starbucks so we did, and $18. Later we had our drinks. As most of you know a Caramel Frap use to be my "DRUG OF CHOICE", THEN it became McDonalds Sweet tea. Then the Phil/Am store in Cookeville started doing Boba Teas. Yeah, I crave them. But my store was already closed for the night when we got to Cookeville. So after Starbucks I plugged Boba near me and this store pops up less then a mile from my location. So I went for two to take home for tomorrow. I went in and was greeted by this sweet young Lady and a Gentleman which after talking I found out he was the owner. The Friendliest crew ever. He said his Boba was different and I just said ok I am sure it is and just smiled. I drove home to Crossville almost an hour away sipping on Starbucks. When I got in the house and I was putting my Boba away for tomorrow and I said "Best in town huh? I will be the judge of that! Being a world traveler I have had a few on my dayAll I can say is OMGGGGG HE Was RIGHTI Immediately CALLED MY daughter and ordered two more for tomorrow. My new favorite place EVER!!!!! Please Hurry and open a store in Crossville with Jasmine Boba. ?????
I've gone here 3 times so far, and it's fantastic! The owner is so friendly, passionate about his products, and informative. There are so many flavor choices and even more new ones that aren't on the menu yet. The shop is really cute, and they have some adorable boba earrings and necklaces. I haven't tried their milkshakes yet but they look awesome! We will for sure be back!
I was driving down S Jefferson and saw their mobile shop which was super cute which made me look up the name and as I was scrolling through Instagram at their site I really wanted to go so we stopped by and go drinks. The watermelon tea was fantastic with the yogurt popping boba which I didnt know was a thing and my husband got his normal taro with tapioca boba. We spent $15 for the 2 drinks and 2 boba stickers. Highly recommend! Great environment and nice staff.
