This Arby's is short staffed and very busy during lunch. If you are in a hurry, don't get angry at the staff. Just go somewhere else.
Food was horrible. Lobby and back line was filthy. Workers standing around with no orders on the screen and my wife and I was the only people inside. Instead of cleaning they was standing around talking. Poor food and service at that time
I was here on 03/21/2022 @ 7:20pm. Floors were so nasty... Food everywhere. I ordered 2 fish deluxe meals.... They looked good, but when we bit into them.... They were ice cold! I did get the fish sandwiches remade.....The lobby was so bad we cleaned our own table off!!!! The employees were just goofing off when they could have been cleaning..... I could understand if they were busy, but there was only us in the lobby!!!! They could have come out and cleaned tables and swept all the food off the floor. Nope.... Too busy playing around..... This used to be a very good location.... Not anymore! It has gone downhill and fast! Where's the owner? Needs to come and do a surprise visit if you ask me!!!!

I usually have a decent experience at this location. Last night they were out of roast beef so I got a fish sandwich and 9 pc chicken nuggets. The nuggets were very tough and chewy so I tossed them in the trash. The fish sandwich was very dry and the sauce on it was no bigger than the size of a dime. The wait was much longer than expected for a drive thru. I understand that places are understaffed and just have bad days and I am not sure what was going on last night but I will give them the benefit of a doubt since it is normally not like this. I would still go back and try them again. Running a business is hard at times.
Not impressed I was only person in restaurant and had luke warm curly fries going to Arby's on Willow next time
Changing my review from 2 stars to 4. I know it's not easy working with the public these days but please try to polite to people who are polite to you.
Disappointed that the dining room wasn't open. When traveling it's annoying to have to stop at separate places for food and bathroom. In my town dining rooms are open.
They are rude as ever I waited fifteen mins before they all acknowledge I was even around they seen me there they just was basically twiddling thier thumbs I wouldn't recommend it
