They gave me the deluxe sandwich instead of the regular signature sandwich but I just took the bacon off so it's alright. Their bathroom was lovely. This didn't have the fancy drink maker like other Zaxby's' chains but that is forgiven because they had strawberry fanta on tap. I didn't get any but I thought it was cool. Good zaxby's.
BEST there is for chicken!!! My son and I visit here at least twice a week. I enjoy the salads and his go to are the famous chicken strips. ❤Always hot food served how you order. Definitely a fav

Poor communication when ordering online. Did not follow or read order thoroughly or correctly. Incorrect order, fries were not seasoned or fully cooked, and certain items were not fresh at all. Very poor service. TRAIN YOUR STAFF. I worked all around this town in fast food as a kid and I’ve never understood why there is never any common sense in any of these restaurants staffs.
Went there today...That was some of the worst half done food I ever tasted in my life!!!!
My husband loved it and so did I but the fries were a little too seasoned.
I love the Columbia,TN restaurant. It is the one that I normally visit. It is clean and the food is fresh and warm.
