Least satisfying coffee menu in the country.
Decided to give this Starbucks another visit. This time I got the dbl bacon, egg and cheddar, it was so much better than the bacon,egg and gouda! It was hot,loaded w/bacon and the cheddar was ooey gooey. My cappuccino had plenty of foam just like I wanted. The person at the drive thru window was very nice.
Had the peppermint mocha frappuccino and it was made right and delicious.

We asked for the protein box with carrots and peas and the nastiest Reply I've ever heard at a drive-in through, one exception being McDonald's, came on the mic and told my fiance...."um sir we have nothing on our menu with peas and carrots." How do I know your menu better than your employees.I don't go to Starbucks often because I don't have a large budget for eating out regardless the business however sometimes I like to have the egg bites and this time I wanted to try out the chickpea protein Box which had carrots and peas. I didn't know the name of it but I knew from a distance what had to be in the Box. Nasty attitude was not something I was told came with the service. And yes I've worked fast food drive up and yes I've done customer service for more than 20 years. So I say with experience that person was awful.
The staff is friendly and the drinks are good
I had a $5 virtual gift card so I downloaded the Starbucks app in order to use the gift card and place my order in advance and it was ready for me whenever I pulled up to the drive-thru. It was painless, and super simple. I picked what I wanted and everything was made exactly like I requested. This particular Starbucks location is on top of things in every way. They are very polite and always cheerful. I'm not a huge Starbucks Drinker because it's rather on the pricey side but it's definitely worth the extra price because of the quality of the service and the products.

Excellent service. My wife and I have gluten and dairy issues. There is one gentleman that washes everything thoroughly for us and it is amazing.
