We came through today after lunch and ordered a large Buffalo popcorn chicken which usually comes in a Coney dog package but this time it come in a small bowl I feel like we have been cheated out of popcorn chicken it is so delicious what's going on Sonic has the chicken prices gotten to you is the price of that beautiful buffalo sauce too high
Always delicious food and great service. Just wish they had a way to tip the server on a credit card.
I went over the order with them 3 times to make sure they understood my food allergies. They still made the order wrong (with the items I couldn't eat) and they forgot to add an entire entree to my meal. Had to drive back to get those items corrected. I asked for some sort of compensation for having to drive all the way back (like a gift card or partial refund) and they refused. Not great customer service. Won't be returning.
First it took close to 40 minutes to get our food to then discover it was cold when they brought it to us.When I tried to ask about it. Not even 1 minute pafter the car hop left the side of my vehicle. They refused to do anything about our cold tots & Sonic burgers saying that we somehow made our food cold immediately after we got it! Bad customer service all the around.
Always a great place to eat or just get a drink.

I work in the food industry and i am beyond patient and understanding when I stop anywhere to eat. That is why writing this review is something I would normally never do. We stop at this particular sonic everytime we come to Columbia to pick my son up from school, as he lives the food there. Unfortunately the service and the incorrect food has made me reconsider ever stopping again. Before we had even finished giving the young lady on the microphone our order she stopped listening and gave us our total. It took 5 minutes to get her back on and then I still had to stop a server on her way back inside to give her our order. Then when the food was delivered we were short 2 drinksI am very disappointed with today's visit and will probably not stop the next time we are in town.
Workers tonight were swamped (guessing understaffed) and they did their absolute best to get everyone knocked out. Worth the wait.
The peanut butter fudge shake I got was amazing.
It's good sometimes. The issue I have is you can't tip on their credit card processor, so I have to make sure to bring extra cash.
