The waitress was super nice and her smile is beautiful and made sure I got everything I needed ??
This was our 3rd time here. Trying to give it a chance. I had a taco salad with chicken. There was something in my salad that was crunchy. It looks like a bug. I called the waitress over that can never stop at the table and listen to you. Just flies by and you can't say anything. I told her and showed her what was in my food. No apology! She just took off to the kitchen. Hispanic lady comes out and says she made the other one first. That had nothing to do with what was in my salad. She walked off angry. No apology, no let me make you anotherThen we asked for the bill and it was full price. I asked are you actually charging me for that. She snatched the bill up and again headed to the back. Hispanic lady in kitchen yelling. She tossed the bill on the table and kept walking. Took 10.00 off. It was a horrible experience. Its a shame, because we really liked the food up until today. Waitress needs customer service training and so does the manager. You will not stay in business long like this.

Place looks nice. It's called Salsas and it had the worst salsa I've ever had. Luke warm tomato juice with cilantro in it. We ordered guacamole & they filled the bottom with lettuce and added guacamole to the top. The food was bland with no presentation at all. I've been to some not so fancy places with excellent food. This restaurant is pretty but lacking excellent food. The cheese dip was in a crockpot in customer eye sight. Staff was nice, place was clean.
Seeing a new place I wanted to give it a try. The inside of the restaurant looks great, the design and wall art is cool. Behind the appearance is where things go wrong.The salsa at the table is watery and despite looking like there is flavor, it has not much. The queso is bland, just a generic sauce with nothing special. I ordered the beef taquitos, but the ones brought to the table were chicken. Just a crispy chew without much flavor.The food was delayed because there was only one cook. So we were told. There was only one other table at the time of arrival. The staff are new as they didn’t know the menu.I ordered the big meal with a sample of 4 things. A taco, tamale, and two enchiladas. The taco was ok. Nothing special, but the shell was nice. The tamale was tiny, mostly just mesa with a tiny chunk of chicken. Was ok, but it just seemed basic and not hand made. The enchiladas I didn’t finish. They tasted like they came in a frozen dinner, the tortilla was chewy like it was microwaved. The rice and beans were pretty bland.Before done the staff rushed up, left the bill. A minute later another staff walked up and asked if we were ready. Not the friendliest.Overall the atmosphere is nice. The look of it is on point, but that’s where the salsa stops. There are 9 other mexican places in a 20 mile radius, and as much as I love new places coming in, this one is not one I will wanna come back to.
Best place and amazing food
Salsas is hands down the best Mexican in Columbia. The fajitas are incredible and come with real chicken and steak, not the stringy stuff that lots of restaurants serve. The inside of the building is beautiful!
Nice interior, clean. Poor quality food. The stuffed jalapeños are cream cheese frozen ones and are $7.99, huge rip off. We were the only ones in the restaurant and my request for no beans wasn't even followed, the rice tasted like it was left overs, but my enchiladas were decent. My partner got a quesadilla and the peppers were not cooked. Unfortunately, we brought more home in a doggy bag for the chickens than we actually ate.
The service was wonderful but the food was just ok . I expected much more my chicken and steak sorta tasted partially cross contaminated like partially raw still . I know it was fully cooked just tasted like it came out of the package and wasn’t cleaned properly idk. Also the veggies kinda tasted the same as the meat like a raw flavor . I’ll give it second try another time .
Great service and excellent food an overall enjoyable experience.
