Came for lunch on a Wednesday and there is less than 10 tables of customers. Been waiting for food going on 30 minutes.
I only went for Salad Bar. Extremely scarcely supplied. Ate a tiny portion, mostly Spinach as lettuce was beyond use. Kept asking server, when it would be refreshed, he kept saying it was being prepared. In the meantime, my husband ordered rib plate with side salad, it came, I ate half, salad bar still mot refreshed in this amount of time. Kept being reassured it was coming. It came as we were ready to leave. The server had many bowls in his arms, one of which lettuce bowl was up against the pit of his arm. Took my appetite away. Ask manager to remove the charge for my salad, he refused and only took off the side salad. If I ever go back it will take a long, long time
First the hostest didn't seat us, one of my family members had to track her down. The waitress was nice and helpful but the chicken strips were overcooked and stringy with only a fried flavor, the fries had to much salt and the salad bar had items that tasted bitter but were supposed to be fresh like cucumber. Over all the service isn't worth the prices. Oh and I bit into a crouton and it became squishy and released a bunch of grease into my mouth
Horrible.Server was nice.Bake potatoes were extremely tough and yellow inside . Could barely cut with steak knife. Steak was tough and had a few tender bites seafood was not done. Salad bar was not up to its freshest. Extremely disappointed in quality. This was at 5:3
food was good.. except it took us 45 mins AFTER we got our appetizer. server did not ask us any time between the time we got drinks till the time we got our food if we needed anything, and WE DID NEED SOME NAPKINS. after not having any napkins to spill up the sauce that got on my friends pants, we went to the mens restroom for it to be DISGUSTING and the floor to be so sticky that my shoes seriously have to go STRIAGHT into the washer. it was valentine’s day at 5pm and you couldn’t provide us a decent bathroom to wash our hands it???? it was seriously the most disgusting room i have ever walked into.. DO BETTER PLEASE!!!
STAY AWAY! This place is the biggest joke my wife and I have ever visited. We had the worst dining experience ever. Actually it was ok up until the server told us the cook walked out and quit and the manager had to do all the cooking so it would be a while. She was actually really nice and was ripped well in the end. Anyway we were the only ones in there and it still took a while. The manager was making drinks at the bar before she went to the kitchen. So the server took it upon herself to go make our drinks and I watched her looking at the screen trying to learn how to make a long Island. When you're charging 16 dollars a drink this is not the standard you expect. She didn't know anything about the drink menu to begin with based on the questions I asked her. The worst part was when I asked for my ribeye medium rare and it was so overcooked and grey so I sent it back. I guess they thought it would be funny to give me a ribeye that was completely raw for giving them trouble while they were having a rough night. There was no sear on it. Just completely raw like it kissed the skillet for a second. The best part was when we got our bill for 100 dollars and laughed and told the waiter we weren't paying that. They comped the steak and I PAID 80 DOLLARS plus tip just to leave sober and hungry. So disappointing. There needs to be more honest reviews like mine on Google so people don't waste their money especially if you don't ever get time to go out often with your significant other.
Our waitress was awesome. Very attentative and made sure our wants and needs were met. The salad bar was aweso.e and well stocked.
Amazing server Zach! Had to take care of bunch of crazy ladies!! He was very kind and the food was delicious!
My meal was hot, and tasty. Enjoyed it very much. Waitress was excellent. It wasn't crowded so we received quick service. I always spray the table, seat, condiments before we sit down to eat. The waitress gave me extra napkins to use to clean the table. We were seated away from people therefore, I felt comfortable. I notice most customers wore mask.
we took our twin sons for there birthday. waited a hour for cold food. salad bar was so nasty. charged extra for the 2 for 22 special. NEVER GOING there again
