Susan working the front counter gave my kids and I the best experience we've had at a popeyes!!!! Shout out to Susan honey!!!!!
SLOWEST EVER. I love popeyes, but this one is managed horribly. Each drive thru customer takes well over 5 minutes each.
heard a lot of great things about POPEYES CHICKEN... NOPE this ain't it.to start with the sign on the door says they open at 10:00 AM. was there 10:45 AM CLOSED. the guy at the door says they don't open till 11:00AM.OK, fine. went to Kroger's then returned.2 people in front of us in line. we waited 20 minutes to get to the register just to wait another 5 minutes to have our order taken.we ordered some of their famous chicken, some chicken strips, a order of shrimp, and some coleslaw and FRIES. we received the chicken strips, the 12 piece chicken and a small thing of what may be shrimp.. also got 2 orders of mashed potatoes.NO COLE SLAWNO FRENCH FRIESYEA,, this is the first and LAST time for POPEYE'S Chicken.it's NOT complicated.. French FRIES don't even look the same as MASHED potatoes.
They gave me the wrong food. I ordered the fish sandwich and they gave me chicken. My shrimp combo was cold and they look like they just threw my fries in the bag. When I called them to let them know. They didn’t answered phone. I’ve called 5 times and they refused to answered.
*THIS PLACE SUCKS*You have been warned.Slow, unfocused service. I just waited 15+ minutes for a sandwich and some fries and they weren’t even busy. Unprofessional joke. If you don’t care about your time, have at the place. But, if you’re time sensitive or have a work schedule (or any schedule at all for that matter), don’t bother. You could go across town order something from McCalister’s, drive back, and still be quicker than this place.People in the back talking. No motivation. It was down right embarrassing. I am never coming here again, and if you value you time at all, I’d highly advise you not visit this Popeye’s either.To the manager: Do better at hiring motivated personnel that keep your drive-thru rolling and the customers flowing in and out of the doors, or you won’t last. Take some notes from the local Chick-fil-a. I’m sure the operator over there would not mind giving you some pointers.Like, you guys are TOO slow.Like, STUPID slow ? Mr. (or Ms.) Manager, I gotta ask, do you even know what the FAST in fast food even means? If you do, relay that to your team, because they don’t.
I spent $40 on food for a family of 4 it was raining so hard and I waited 30 minutes for my food. I got home left part out food out. No sauce,ketchup etc. not to mention the cashier calling a co worker a mother f***er while taking my order. It’s shameful the service in this location. This is the Columbia Tn location.
A week ago I went through The drive thru the manager was working some black lady who refused to give her name ,she was rude from the start all I wanted was some hot sauce she threw it in my car window at me and called me a white mfer this is uncalled for and the excuse Corporate gives is oh she is pregnant is this an excuse as to how you can treat paying customers I will not be coming back !! With all the reviews saying they will not be back I see this store closing soon stop hiring anyone due to understaffing and hire people that will respect your customers!
I love this popeyes always hot food for me and my family. They are starting to recognize me at the speaker. Seems like their main problem here is staffing like every where else. Lobby closed most days but we are patient because its like this everywhere
Stopped by on 12/2/21 at about 12:45 and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Drive thru was a bit slow. Recieved my sandwich which turned out to be mostly air and breading, very little chicken. This was really weird and very very bad. I won't ever order a chicken sandwich from Popeye's again. I will stick to chik-fil-a for a chicken sandwich.
Meh. Got there around 1220 and they had one couple in front of us. Our familyordered 3 different tender combos, and a 3 piece meal... 3 piece meal was complete but they told us that it would be 6 more minutes on the tenders. Isn't this a chicken joint? The manager was on her game but the workers lacked in customer service.
