Had to call to make an order because the website wasn’t working. They have terrible customer service, i was hung up on several times. The fourth time I called I told them that I had been hung up on 3 different times and was getting irritated at that point, they were rude and didn’t seem to care but finally took my order.
I ordered cheese sticks and paid extra and got hard bread sticks that were impossible to eat, pasta edges were hard, the pizza crust was burned as well
We started our order online via the App. When we went to submit our order, the App prompted us to select Pick Up in Store, or Zero Touch Curbside, where they bring it out to you. We chose Curbside Pickup as we were sick.I pull up to the store, call, and speak with the person who answered, and let them know that I was here. His response was "Okay, it's ready for you!". I said "Oh, okay, I can come in - we selected the Curbside Pickup - no big deal."He said "I mean I guess I can deliver it to you outside" - in those exact words. I said "Nope, I'll come in".First, I could care less - I don't care to come into the store and pick it up. It was just the fact that I selected Zero Touch Curbside one the App, and it showed on the Receipt that it was Curbside Pickup. All about expectations.So, I got in, get the Pizza, and make it about 5 Minutes down the road, until we realized that we were missing a Pizza. So - we turn around, go back, and get the pizza. Just frustrating.
I ordered online and it was easy and the order was correct.
Haven't ate yet but the place is extremely clean and that is something I appreciate coming in to a fast food restaurant great job to the employees who work at this location and general management yall are amazing
I have had only great experiences at this location the staff knows me by name and they are very friendly and efficient.
Bring back flavored crust. My pizza was good but would have been better if I was able to pick Hut Favorite for the crust flavor. The crust is just bland now.
The driver was great very polite. The pizza tasted horrible. Not at all what I expected from pizza hut. So sad this happened too because now I have no one to get delivery from.

The pizza was not good! It seemed to be missing sauce and Cheese. The taste was more like crust and topping. The chicken was good. The breadsticks were alright, they were on the hard side.
