Tammy was an awesome manager and she was quick to solve any problems I had.. A great plsce to to get food from and nice and tasty as well... will definitely order from there again
I had a pick up today at the Nashville Highway Columbia Tennessee store. I walked in and my pizza was ready and hot Ryan took care of me he is very good and customer service had a smile and a pleasant way of handling customers. You could see that he just wanted to make the customers feel special. Any questions I had he answered and he was able to help me out. I have come to this location many times and this is my first encounter with Ryan and I hope he will take care of me each and every time because he is a Gem, and Pizza Hut and that location is lucky to have him.
The people were nice but the food wasnt good. We asked for extra sauce and when we got our food it was super dry and flavorless.
My Pizza was Fresh out of the Oven Hot! And Delivery was Sooner Than Expected.
Cassie was fantastic. I called and explained to her that at the time we placed our order, we thought we'd arrive on time, but we ended up getting stuck in wreck traffic on the interstate, which held us up. She told us to let her know when we were 10-15 minutes away, and she'd gladly remake our order so it would be fresh when we picked it up. She certainly went above and beyond to help us in our situation, and we genuinely couldn't be more thankful! Thanks, Cassie, for coming through! You need a raise!!
The lady that was in this establishment today was by herself and was completely covered in orders. I believe her name was Shelly and she was amazing, especially in her haste! The food was exceptional and better than usual! She definitely went above and beyond and was very apologetic in regards to the length of time.
Order came quickly and delivery person was very efficient and kind.
More delivery options would be nice but the Pizza and pasta were great
Does not taste the same, or as good as the original old school pizza hut
