Picture this it’s 7:55 at night just before closing. I was craving some pizza and I saw a papa Murphy’s. I’m new to the area and didn’t know they closed at 8. I pull in and see the sign that they close at 8. I wouldn’t judge if they didn’t serve me but to my surprise an employee named Rob served me a 5 meat stuffed just moments before closing. Truly an amazing experience he was very kind and didn’t even mention that I had rudely come just moments before closing.
I am a frequent customer of this establishment and after many satisfied visits I’m writing a review. I love the pizza from here it’s really great but even better is the customer service. The manager chase is very friendly and the staff is also very professional
I called at 6:26pm to order a cheese pizza. The person who answered, let me know that they weren’t taking any more orders due to closing at 7:00pm. It disappointed me because it’s not like I wanted an extravagant order. I just wanted to order a cheese for my sons and didn’t think that would be an issue.
Today is 4/1/22 @ 7:02pm & I'm at Papa Murphy's in Columbia, TN & the lobby is closed & you can only order via drive thru. I order XL pepperoni & sausage pizza for hubby & vegetarian no cheese for me & its $30.00 & 40 min wai. A no meat, no cheese pizza is $18 & hubby's pizza is 9.00 with 2 meats & cheese I cancelled the veggie & wondering why the high price & still would have to go home to cook it? Only came here bc hubby wanted their pizza. Wait time is ridiculous! Waiting for hubby's pizza now but absolutely never coming back here again!
The cost is reasonably pricey but you get what you pay for it’s pretty good pizza. And the staff is quick the wait time for me has always been minimal.
Called at 6:20 and they aren’t supposed to close until 7. They told me they were closing early. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Will never order from there again.
Faith slammed the door in our face. The customer service is awful and will never eat at this location again! I hope management takes a hard look at who they hire, and realize Faith needs a position where she doesnt interact with the customers! The attitude she displays is disgusting.
It used to be so consistent and great..the pizza used to look like it was made by someone who knew what they were doing .. but the people who work there now just ball up all the ingredients in the middle and don't bother taking the time to roll the dough right...the last few times we bought it from here we had to unroll it ourselves to spread the ingredients correctly, then try to roll it back again, what's the point of buying it if we're practically making it ourselves lol...so sad
Great pizza! Lobby was closed, but ordered online for pickup at the window, and it was on-time.
They have a drive through. Very nice people and clean.
