COLUMBIA, TNMy husband's Southern Surf and Turf with fried chicken, shrimp, and fish came with sides of fries and cole slaw. It was hot when served and he said he would rate it 4 out of 5.My dish, described on the menu as "Cajun-seasoned grilled chicken with sautéed peppers, onions and parmesan cheese tossed with linguini in a cream sauce".... 1 out of 5, based on** no spiciness at all (had to add salt which I never do!)**chicken was sliced deli style chicken that had been nowhere near a grill** onions and peppers were just cut, not sautéed.Sauce was decent, if under seasoned and linguini noodles were dine.Only giving 3rd star because staff was efficient and nice.
We arrived 2/27/2022 around 7:45 pm central time. Was seated, ordered sweet teas & I kids milk. When the setver returned with the drinks, I ordered soup & rolls and was then informed that they were out of soup (the only reason for going in) &rolls. So we ordered fried pickle chips which took way too long & was dripping with oil (the restaurant was not busy), we ate pickle chips because my 5 year old was hungry. My boyfriend ordered Alfredo Cajun chicken pasta only to be told they were out of Alfredo sauce. We paid $24 & left.
I've been to this O Charley's several times and never had an issue with them always great food. Service is good sometimes a little slow only due to everyone being short staffed in general. Clean restrooms. Will keep coming back. $4 margarita is a great deal and their honey glazed chicken is fire. If you sign up for the rewards app you can get a FREE appetizer for your first visit. Also pick-up is great we've gotten the family sized meals to go a couple times. Good portions for the most part.
My father and I and a friend went to O Charley's on Tuesday Feb 8th, 2022. We were seated and our server was quickly there with big smile and very friendly taking our order! ( She didn't even write it down!) Our food and drinks were served very promptly and was correct, fresh, and hot!! Our server was named Brittney and she was AWESOME!! We will definitely be back and you should too! Everything was great! Ask for Brittney she's a great and friendly server!!
I love O' Charley's!!! Food is always great!! Friendly staff always!!! My favorite waitress there is Brittney Dalton..Shes always friendly and attentive and food is always right on time!! She is a hard worker and I give her 5 stars!! I recommend this place to anyone..keep up the great work!!
Me and my husband went here on Valentines day and I had great service. My servers name was Brittany D and she is amazing. She keep me with soda and the food was great. I will be back as long as Brittany D is my server.
It took forever to get seated. When we finally got seated, we were served some stail rolls that were cold, and when we got our steaks, that got mine, and my husband's mixed up. His was given to me with my sides, and he was given my steak with his sides. It was tasteless and had absolutely no seasoning.
Our server josh was excellent! And the food was absolutely delicious! Came here with my family last year and was not impressed to say the least. Ocharleys, you’ve definitely stepped your game up and have won back a customer!
Haven’t eaten here in over a year! Let’s just say my last experience wasn’t that delightful. I can honestly say OCharleys has definitely redeemed itself today. My to go order was not only right, it was freshly prepared and might I add absolutely delicious ? Casey took my order the phone and she was pleasant. Management whoever the cook is today the day after Christmas around 3pm deserves some acknowledgment….I’m happy and Full thanks to the staff today!!! Money well spent ❤️
Good food. Ran empty on drinks a few times but I'm sure they are short staffed like everyone else with this covid mess. Would've probably been a 4 star if not for that but can't blame them for people not even trying to work these days.
