Good Food and fast service especially when your in a big hurry
Went through the drive through at for lunch(3/24/22)And, order the chicken nugget combo w/large sweet tea. The nuggets had a bad taste to them. Tea was PURE SUGAR! One sip made my head hurt & I felt sick at my stomach. Needs to be re-staff or new manager! Zero stars
Awful experience. Was in line for 15 minutes to have them get my order wrong. They didn’t give us receipt at first window to prove our order. We offered to pay for extra item, but they wouldn’t do it unless we waited in the line again, which we didn’t have time to do, so my 5 year old is without breakfast. This is what is wrong with things today.
They didn't salt the fries so I couldn't give it 5 stars. You know you cannot beat them fries.
First time visiting this McDonald's. We went through the dive through on our way home from Tennessee.Drive through was fast, the customer service was amazing and the food was just how we ordered it! Everything was hot and fresh. The cheese on my cheeseburger was even hot and melted. It was fantastic! This location is EXACTLY how every McDonald's should be! This is the standard right here!
The dining room is closed at this location. Drive up only. Employees were very friendly. But I hate eating in my car. My filet had a stale bun and the fries were a bit undercooked. It's hard to complain when you're eating behind the wheel.?
I rarely write reviews for fast food restaurants unless they have specifically peaked my attention. In this case, the McDonald's off I-65 at Bear Creek Pike in Columbia, TN wins the prize but not for good reasons. On my drive home from visiting family over the holiday, I chose to stop and dine in for a quick low-key lunch. To note on first glance this McDonald's was decorated for the holidays the floors were mostly clean as were the restrooms. When I got to the counter place my order the young man behind the counter was friendly smiling. As he was about to take my order, what appeared to be his shift lead in a slightly different management uniform stepped up to him and made him stop. When he quietly noted that he was about to take my order she raised her left hand to his face doing her very best Zooey Deschanel impression of "talk to the hand," and started to put in her own order of a sandwich. The young man behind the counter and I locked eyes both glanced at her and both had the same exasperated expression. Then she had the audacity to lock the register so that he had to get another manager to come unlock it to take my order. You might understand why this peaked my interest. If this has been the only experience I would have written it off, as a tired shift lead or assistant manager needed a break. Instead when my food was presented to me by one of the line staff, the only impression I can give was that she glared at me as she provided me my bag and quickly dashed back to the prep line.It was at this point I started to take a lot more critical look at this McDonald's. I had discounted that half the ketchup packets in the box for customers to choose from, we're smashed and stuck together in the box on the counter. Likewise the soft drink lid dispensers were mostly empty. There was litter under a number of tables and an empty (used) Happy Meal box placed close by one of the garbage cans in the window. Will this review make a difference? Probably not... Most fast food places staff turn over at approximately 150% rate over a year. The majority of the people at this particular McDonald's will likely be gone by mid spring of 2022. So why write a review? Because without feedback like this the management company running this McDonald's will not understand that their staff is neither happy nor doing their jobs with the exception of one smiling individual at the counter.
Mcwaitin'! At least my McChickens were hot and fresh.
No coffee made. Staff standing around, only after asking for my coffee was I told they had to make it.Auto kiosk never asks if you're done / checkout, pay. Useless! Had to use counter to order.
Food was great, and was ready very quickly.
