I ordered a fish sandwich and a drink. I go over to walmart and park. Open my McDonald's bag and my fish looked a year old.. I have had it. I went back to McDonald's and showed it to the manager. I asked him if he would eat that. He said, He wouldn't even eat that. He was very polite, and gave me a hot fresh sandwich. Thank you for fixing my order.
Ordered a 10 peice nugget got no BBQ sauce that I asked for in the bag when I did I got 1 at the window for 10 nuggets and told they put it in there when I asked for what i payed for and ended up with just the one I asked for they lied tried to make me pay 25 cents for the sauce that was supposed to come with my nuggets rude service friends have been there and complained about the same thing no longer will you receive my business
I didn't want to give a star!! First off the boy at the first window taking the customers money. He just sling his hand out to me and didn't say another word. I asked him how much he said I have you the total after you placed your order. He finally told me and I gave him my money. He placed my change back into my hand to the point I dropped some coins. People like that don't need to work around customers.
I ordered a sausage McMuffin and large sweet tea. The girl who took my order said 3.28 please. No problem. I get to the first window and the teenage boy there was standing behind a woman who looked like a manager., and looked upset! I had my money ready, 5.28 so I should have gotten 2.00 back. She thrust it back at me and said it’s 4.05, and my coins fell to the ground. No apology or recognition that she dropped my coins! I questioned that and she rudely said 4.05!! The boy looked very embarrassed. So I get to the next window and the nice young lady handed me a bag and said have a nice day. I said I also have a large sweet tea. She said, no you just ordered a sausage egg McMuffin. By this time I’m a little PO’d. I told her what my order was and she gave me the tea and said please pull forward. I finally got the correct order. The young people working were polite and nice, but that manager needs an attitude adjustment!? Complete chaos!
The lady tonight at the window giving the food was rude as could be. Didnt put my sauce in the bag after I asked for it when ordering. Then when I asked the hispanic lady with the thick eyeliner working the food window tonight she was rude as could be. Had to look at the screen at my order before she went to get the sauce. Then gave me the wrong thing I asked for. I'm not sure what her issue is or why she has to take it out on my sauce choice. Atleast act happy your getting paid. Some people don't have jobs. Drop the attitude, say have a great day, and work for your pay. My sauce choice aint the issue. Smh. Glad theres other mcdonalds. Dont go here.
I'm never going to this Macdonald's again they gave me really bad food posioning I wouldn't recommend it I went there Thursday evening and I ordered a double cheeseburger, chicken nuggets, fries and a Diet Coke a few hours later I started puking my guts out and it's the next day and I'm still very sick I'm never going to the location by the hospital ever again I'm very dehydrated because of how sick they have made me don't go there they just need to close it down because it's a joke they don't care if they get orders wrong, give people cold food or make people sick I hate to give a bad review but this is ridiculous
I went here today and asked the cashier if my order was ready? I stepped out and thought I missed it. SERIOUSLY..this older white lady who was a McDonalds manager spoke at me loudly..SHE IS A CHILD! Referring to the black lady I was asking about my order...who btw..was standing at the cash register with headset and uniform. The manager yelled it again as I was trying to make sense of why she was doing that...did I break some secret McDonalds protocol? Do I need to only order from adults and htf can I know anyone's age? Or why does it matter in this situation? She made me look like a creep and it was wrong. Even other people in line was telling me to complain. I actually respect the defensive posture over her younger employees but this girl was bigger than me. I actually thought she was a male at first.
Very busy for the morning rush hour but they got the orders right and was nice.
