No sweet tea, no spuds, no lettuce extremely dirty dining area as nobody is clearing tables. Bathroom is wet no towels to dry hands so hopefully the wetness is from people air drying their hands? However not likely. I love McAllisters as they are usually the standard of quality and cleanliness however this location needs a manager.
The cheese soup is water with a little flavoring. The sandwich seems to have shrunken. But I suppose most restaurants are doing this now.
I just stopped by to place a to-go order. Only 2 customers sitting in a booth in the entire place. When I approached the counter, there was a young girl from the back at the front counter talking to another young girl on the customer side. There was a guy who was at the register when I entered but left to go to the back as I approached the counter. No one acknowledged me. Not once. There was also a young girl cleaning tables the entire time. Both of the original counter folks entered and left yet again, with again no acknowledgement that I was waiting to order. I asked another young lady working in the back if there was a manager I could speak to and she said she would get someone. She was actually working and it wasn’t her place to take my order. The one who ignored me said “it wasn’t her job” when I asked her about it. All very unprofessional and very disappointing. I’m shocked they are able to staff that amount of team members (I saw 5 total) and stay open with such terrible customer service. I left. Never got to place an order but would not go back at this point. I called corporate and filed a complaint. Do better folks. Your jobs are not guaranteed. I am a chef and have an amazing staff but it’s because they want to work and they work hard. Everyone is held accountable.
Food was good, well what we got of it. Ordered delivery and that was great, but they forgot the three cookies we ordered, which I think are pretty pricey at $2.25 a piece. Tried to call, but they had closed. It’s just those frustrating lazy mistakes that seem to be a problem here. FYI.
Today, we spend over $70. My children didn't get their drinks and we didn't get our 4 cookies that cost $2.25 each. However, the food was good that we did receive.
I also left a review on Yelp . The staff would speak poorly about the customers in front of the customers. Also it took around 45 mins to get my order when was then cold . And I didn’t receive one of my items . I 1/10 don’t recommend
Since the pandemic, prices SHOT up, quality went down as did serving size and service. Last visit was a little better in terms of service, but we only go half as much as we used to because it is no longer better than other places by the portion size, service and value.
Been there twice recently and requested the chicken to be warm on the chicken ceaser salad. I understand that the salad doesn't come hot. But how hard is it to place the chicken in the microwave and heat it before putting on the salad. I do give credit to the girl who waited on us she was running around and was basically running the place.
I give the 1 star because the cashier was a nice girl. I waited 40 mins will 5 or 6 people before me got there food, being ignored it felt like. It ends up my food has been sitting on there table behind them for 20 mins and when I finally get the order....it's wrong. I'm not a person to complain but they need an adult staff member in the front at all times rather then leaving a line with 20 people in it to two 16 year olds
I ordered a sandwich that already comes with brown mustard so I added extra because I love brown mustard and I got my sandwich and there was no brown mustard. I took the sandwich back and told them and they handed me packets of mustard and said I can put it on there myself.
