Been trying to call to place an orderfor over an hour. No one will answer.
The phone number for this location rings and rings with no answer and then disconnects. Picked up our pizza from the pizza portal, got home (30 minutes away) and it wasn’t right. Paid for deep dish Detroit style supreme and it was two hot and ready’s instead. No way to contact them. No “how was your order” survey. Paid extra money for the order for nothing. Update your phone or answer it! I will edit the rating and stars if someone would contact me regarding order #518956.
Never answer their dang phone & we got an upside down pizza once! But they gave us a free one afterwards for that time & last time we went there u could see through the bottom of the pizza crust on like 4 slices worth. Smh! Been calling back to back for 15 mins now & still no answer. Trying to save my husband time from getting off work late! He's headed there as we speak but now I'm sure he'll be stuck in a long line w/ our kids waiting in the car too!
All the times but I have been to Little Caesars I haven't had. There were at least 15 people in line waiting for their Pizza some were there for at least 45 minutes waiting for their Pizza. The girls running the front counter we're very slow and rude to the customers.
I would have given them a 5 stars but I gave them a test last week and they proved to me that they really make great pizzas BUT did not give me what I order. I order the pepperoni pizza with the most pepperonis. They gave me the regular pepperoni pizza. I bought 2. One reg and the special. Couldn't tell the difference between the 2 puzzas. I will still go there but not pay extra for no extras.
It’s been a couple of time they upset me. It’s hardly rare when I can just order get what I want and leave. It’s always one thing or another. Than I try to order online to not be waiting outside and it be saying it’s unavailable or they close early and they don’t even say they are close , so they close whenever they want and don’t want to give your money back when you go up there . Another is that they sometimes only accepting cash no card. Just to finish up they have gave me the wrong order as well very unprofessional
This place customer service and quality has dived into the dumpster! I have always ate here since I was a child and now you can never get a good pizza from this place. They have closed early multiple times when I had placed my order online. And I was told to call corporate for refunds. Tonight when I went there on 02/08/2022 was the icing on the cake though! I will not be back there again! I walked in and order two pepperoni pizzas with extra cheese and sauce because they do not answer their phones anymore! So I left got some items from Kroger and when I returned I sent my brother in to get the pizza and he came out with two burnt pepperoni pizzas they looked like hot and ready pizza that had been in the heater for a long period of time! All the cheese was brown and it was gross so I took them back I’m willing to wait on them to be remade, but when I took them inside I was told I was wrong and the pizza was made like I requested. (Which was not true) they then asked me if I would like something else and I said no I want what I ordered made the right way and if that is what you call the right way then you can give me my money back. They did not try to fix the issue or remake my food which should have been their response. They refunded my money and I will never be back there if I want LC pizza I will go to Spring Hill, Lewisburg or Pulaski the Columbia store will never get my $$ again!

hadn't eaten at Lil Caesars in years child used to love it..27 bucks for a pepperoni mushroom and an ultimate pizza and it's trash! No taste dough was white and rubbery on the bottom but ingredients were bland, dough tasteless..shocked only 4 pieces of pizza were eaten by 4 people..everyone that ate a piece complained..30 bucks flushed! Will NEVER eat there again.
Walked in to order pizzas total was 60$ she said she couldn't take my 100 dollar bill . So I go home get my card an order only. It said for asap pick up. For pick up I show up to pick it up she said she can't start it till 7:44pm cause it won't go into there system mind u I order at 6:45. They are dead no orders but can't start my order for another 25 minutes. Makes no since said it's store policy.
