Horrible service. Ordered a 2 strawberry shakes and a chocolate shake. They told me to pull around and wait for the shakes so I did. A few minutes later they came around and told me they were out of strawberry after I already paid. Didn’t offer for a refund. The chocolate also didn’t have hardly any flavoring. You could see a little flavoring badly mixed in because it was brown but it hardly had any chocolate flavor
Every time I come here it never fails the older woman I’m assuming is the manager on the clock is so hateful to the other employees and just degrading them. This time I came up to the window she was yelling across the restaurant at this other employee for doing what she was told by a man that works there. Then she comes to the window to help the new employee and is hateful to her for not making the drinks before she took my money and was all aggressive and flinging cups around and was trying to make to many drinks when the young lady at the window told her she only has a lemonade she got all hateful and tried to correct her when she was in the wrong and the young lady at the window was right… I feel so sorry for those employees having to work around such hostility!
Drove 20 minutes into Columbia to get Krystal’s, and when we got to the speaker, we were told to “hold on” twice before met with “we’re closed.” the online hours say 12 am, which I told the lady at the speaker and she said “we actually close at 9 but we need an hour to close the store down.” It was 8:38… we asked for her general managers information and she said she was the general manager, then we asked for the district managers information and she finally agreed to take our order. We were in no way going to let her make our food so we declined and asked again for her supervisors information. She refused. We were trappped between the car behind us and the car in front of us, with no way to leave since it’s a closed in drive thru. She threatened to call the cops on us for “cursing.” We were trapped there and she was trying to close the store early because she’s lazy. Pitiful. No one insulted her, but she was informed that it’s unprofessional to just stop taking orders because you don’t feel like working anymore. Gross.
The staff members here are EXTREMELY rude! I was kind of shocked at how rude someone can be when I was talking nicely to them. They were cutting me off and my order was more than 1 item and they wouldn't let me order more at the speaker. I had to drive up to the window to complete my order.
Krystal in Franklin on Murfreesboro Rd, my parents had a horrible experience at this location. When they pulled up nobody answered to order then when they finally answered they ordered 24 Krystal’s then waited for 30min. When they finally came out my parents left as they were heading home and as they were looking at food and eating, the food was cold. Ridiculous and this should have never happened. What kind of business are you running.
pulled up at 9:34 pm on a Saturday night and a very rude female simply stated we are closed. We were stuck in the drive thru and watched her serve the truck in front of us and have a lengthy conversation with the driver. when we pulled up to check the hours she slammed the window on us. the sign on the window stated closes at 12 as does the website. the last 3 times we have tried to eat there we were told that the systems were down. will not try anymore because they clearly have no desire to sell food
If I could give negative star I would… We start off by placing our order and the lady has a horrible attitude right off the rip. Then when I tell her we will have two separate orders she huffs loudly in hen states “ok let’s hear it!”. After the order was place we tell them to make a modification of no mustard to the order and she tell us “It’s to late I done put the order in and just tell them at the window.”. When we pulled up at the window we told them again and we were assured there was no mustard. When we looked we seen mustard all over the inside of the bag to the pint it was oozing out! So of course we tell them we asked for no mustard and the employee we told told us the woman that took our order told them we asked for extra mustard! The girl told me she would replace my order and would be right back. Well here come the lady who was working the mic storming out telling me and the two other passengers I had that we said extra mustard and she was not going to give us another order! And if I wanted a refund I was going to have to give her the drink my passenger had in her hand and the fries or I would get a refund at all! I asked if we could just get a refund for the burgers and I would pay for the fries and drink which she yelled “No if you want a refund we are gonna get it all back!”. The embarrassment my family felt in my car as we were in the parking lot having a Krystal’s employee yelling at us was something you would think is something you see on world star or some crazy YouTube video but I’m here to tell you if you want to experience the worst customer service, get your family yelled at, have your hands covered in mustard then this is the place to go! Yes my money was refunded after I came in a second time requesting it. The same lady that was working the mic was talking loud enough you could hear her saying I wouldn’t give it back to him! They better have brought their drink on with him if he wants a refund! Cmon Krystal’s I see the other reviews of this place which all tell you the same thing there is terrible customer service here! As far as the girl who came out to our car the first time and the lady with the glasses who was up front were very sweet and apologizing for the other employees attitude. I really feel for them having to work with her…
The price of the meals aren't worth quality now. Krystal has always been my favorite fast food. It's just expensive.
Bacon was hard and old..everything else was ok but burgers were put together messy and too much mustard...
Arrived at this location at five minutes until 11am even though the website says 10am. I pulled over and waited because I really wanted Krystal’s. Pulled back through exactly at 11 and two other cars were already being served in front of me before 11 and when I asked for the 12 burger combo she said she couldn’t make a big order because she was by herself and I told her well that sucks and I can’t even pull through because of there drive through, so she said ok she would do it. She was very agitated when I paid and I told her I didn’t mind pulling up and got home with my burgers and some look uncooked and some looks like crumbles instead of a patty which means they were uncooked because it fell apart. I’m so disappointed with your restaurant now and will never be back. You only have a one star review on yelp. Maybe y’all should just go ahead and close your location. Look at how soaked the bun is in pics. Very disappointed customer!
