Food is very good. Staff are really nice. Our take out was hot and ready for pick up.
Ordered pulled pork sandwiches with fried okra, fries and vinegar slaw. Everything was cooked perfectly and the BBQ was delicious. Courteous service too.
I have called upon JJ’s twice on behalf of a charity organization that I represent to cater BBQ and sides. Both times, they exceeded expectations. The service was outstanding, the food was ready on time, the price was extremely reasonable, and the food was great. Thank you, JJ’s and thank you Julie!

The BEST baked potato I’ve had in years! Mule Town Kicker… delicious… hot and fresh, plentiful, and great food presentation. I will be back!
As always I go thru the drive through, thinking what I order is what I get, no not this time. No onions and I paid for extra, the potato was dry with very little cheese, with a spoonful of meat. I have a pic but no way to post, over rated over priced!!
Moved to Columbia in June and I will never get back the time I lost not trying this place before now!! Amazing food quality and super friendly service! My new favorite BBQ place!!
Definitely was not as good as it normally is and I ordered a mule kicker potato and got regular bbq potato . All young teen staff from what I could see cutting up instead of making sure my order was right
On Wednesday, February 9th, 2022, I had a most awful experience with this restaurant. I ordered two pulled pork barbecue sandwiches, one large and the other regular, with nothing on them. Nothing. Plain. Meat and bun. Additionally, I ordered cheesy potatoes. They got everything wrong. Both sandwiches had slaw and mayo on them and the buns were soggy, as well. The meat was dry and tough. The potatoes tasted off and kinda stale, like they had been sitting for far too long. How hard is it to put meat on a bun and not add anything else? They had to do more work to screw it up!
Love this place. Great food. And they work their drive through like chick-fil-a.
